The first time I needed it repaired they said the warranty does not cover emeralds because it's a softer diamond, so I had to pay for the repairs. I've had to repair this ring three times so far-never get real emeralds. They crack and break far too easy and make sure to ask many questions when buying a warranty, because it hasn't been of use to me yet-except for sizing once. I would definitely not recommend riddles because it truly depends on who's working the types of answers you get regarding your jewelry.
