I had been thinking about replacing the phone but it works so much better with the new battery that now I plan to wait at least until the next generation is available next September. The Computer Hardware staff were friendly and efficient. Work was done on time. Their was no visible damage to the finish of the phone - it looked brand new when returned.

I live 30 miles out and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake and not done. When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. I do want to mention that my computer is fixed and working and I do commend them for that.

Myself being a novice with high tech, I had a lot of questions and had to be shown new things on G Mail. He was very patient and helpful with all my questions and needed instructions. They were friendly enough but charged a diagnostic fee that wasn't necessary since I told them what was wrong when I walked in. They offered to do a backup which I agreed to even though they charged a fee for that as well. The worst part was they required double what was already paid to replace the hard drive and wouldn't give me the backup files that were paid for. $158 for a receipt is all I got.
