I have been living in a fuzzy world long enough. One realizes how important eyesight is when you don't have it. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Webber treated me kindly and respectfully. He really cared about discovering the right prescription for me to have optimal vision. Through trial and error, Dr. Weber was confident he could help me. It took a couple visits to give me 20/20 vision. He was patient with me and confident he could make me see clearly. They had a wide selection of eyeglass frames. The optician that helped me was friendly and super knowledgeable. I got fitted for contacts and eyeglasses. I was impressed how they work as a team. It was clean. It looks like they dust a lot. They take pride in the appearance of the store. I was shocked how reasonable the cost was for eyeglasses and daily disposable contracts. This office, staff, and doctor went up and beyond to meet my vision needs.

The reason I am giving Pearle only one star is because of their lens warranty. I want to stress…read morethat my exam was well done, I was pleased with my vision with the new lenses and the staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. So this issue is with company policy. My lenses, after a year began to crack right at the point where the screw is to tighten and loosen the frame around the lens- right by the hinge. I paid over $675 for my lenses and asked if they would replace them free of charge. I was told that the standard warranty for lenses was only 30 days. Or I could have purchased an extended warranty for a year, which in my mind is simply a money making gimmick for this company as it is for most others who use it. I was also told that certain prescriptions can cause lenses to crack which I found surprising since, 1) I have never heard that before in 50 years of wearing glasses and 2) the stress cracking was where the frame tightened around the lens. They did offer to replace them at a 30% discount, but I did not want to do business with a company that won't stand behind an expensive product for more than 30 days.
