I went to this location and tried on frames, found a pair I liked and made an appointment to come in for an eye exam the following week. I went online that night and found the same frames in a different color online and called the store the next day to ask if it would be possible to order them in that color. The associate said she would call around other stores and call me back. The morning of my appointment (one full week later) I called and said I still haven't heard anything and she said she was way too busy to call but she would look before my appointment that afternoon and call me back. I went to my appointment and told the receptionist/ associate that nobody had called me still and she said she was still too busy. The doctor came out and said she needed to make my request a priority and the associate got mad about it but finally helped me. I told her the color I was looking at, the style number and SKU from the target website. She started calling and was very sarcastic on the phone and giving the person the wrong information. She told the doctor she couldnt find them and made a huge deal about it. A new worker came on shift and she said she could just order them with my lenses. She did this and said they would be in within 14 days and I paid for them before I left. Two days later I get a call from the optical store manager, Kathleen, saying she could not get those frames even though I already paid for them. She said she was going to cancel the order and I said no but she kept arguing with me. Eventually she ordered the other color. I contacted corporate and filed a complaint against the manager and because I was not getting the item I paid for a week later still nobody has contacted me. I DO NOT recommend this store even though the eye doctor herself is awesome, the rest of the staff is NOT. Do not waste your time or money here read more
