He had constantly given us the run around so I decided this is the best cutoff action, and to encourage future patrons to take your devices elsewhere. I had taken my daughter's switch to this location to be repaired because it wasn't charging. They charged me $181 to repair it which I paid with no issues. He had absolutely no technical knowledge about printers. I had to show him how to access the toner cartridges. They did reduce the charge to $50 but they did not tell me anything that I did not already know. Total false advertising. I contacted another company and they were honest enough to tell me that no one actually works on printers. Best idea is to just apply the "diagnostic charge" to a new printer.

He said that the laptop was in good condition and that I did not need to spend a lot of money for a new one. I was thrilled to hear this and agreed to leave it for him to fix. He said that it should be ready the next day. I received a call the same evening and it was ready. I went to pick it up and he told me to turn it on. It turned on immediately and worked faster than when I had initially purchase it. I was very happy with his work and so happy that I did not have to shell out money for a new laptop. I'd rather pay a couple hundred as opposed to a thousand or more. I recommend Colonial Computers. Their service is great and they are so nice and accommodating. So glad I found them. Patricia

I would like to share my frustration with the customer service at Printwell. In my experience, they…read moredo not deserve even a 1-star rating. I placed an online order for a printer cartridge on March 29, 2026. On April 1, I received an email stating that a refund had been issued because the cartridge is no longer manufactured. This means the company is listing and selling products that are not actually available. After a few days without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service. Mike Shudlik informed me by email that the refund had been processed on March 30. However, no money had been received. I called again on April 7 (after the Easter holidays), and was told that the refund had been issued on April 5. This was not true, as I still haven't received my refund. When I attempted to follow up further, my calls to customer service were disconnected twice, which only added to the frustration. The issue involved a refund of $14.36 only , and it was ultimately resolved only after PayPal processed the refund--not through the company's direct efforts. Overall, this experience reflects it's better to keep away from Printwell scammers.
