I spent quite some time looking for a person like Raymond who I could trust and share my dream PC build with. I read a ton of good reviews about him online and thought I would give him shout. After meeting him in person I knew this man was the one who could put my dream build together. After a week of conversation about the build we decided to do a heart transplant from my old pc to the new with several upgrades. went there today and finding shock about that store and my husband likes that to buy as build the computer is great no problem but for asking advice for backup files and program and asking about window 10 and he doesn't know about it and he keep deny about it and keep saying oh should write it down or should show you where and I was shock and very very frustrate with him and lost all that programs that my husband have in his computer is gone and he kept saying oh don't know what is Abode and don't know premium pro and I says ugh? so it's suppose be good computer place so my advice don't go for the asking advice about backup or installed program things like that and even he did not offer saying sorry to me and not even give me an offer to do something better so we have to buy all the stuff window 10 and adobe and premium video all over again so be honest with you cannot trust the advice but good build computer what you want it's awful experience for me and left that store with discourage and frustrate so please be careful okay it's my 2nd time happen as I like the other guy but he is not working there anymore so sad I like him and he did a better job and good explain more information on it and very kind to help me out but not this guy now who is working on it so Ill go to Staple store and they do a better job for back up or install program and know what kind of program as I did that twice there and they did excellent job!!! read more

My computer crashed a couple months ago and I took it to Computer Central and dealt with Raymond, who I think is the owner. As my computer is covered under manufacturer's warranty, I simply needed him to recover my files (thousands of pictures and a few dozen Word documents were my priority). I told him that I really needed him to keep the cost as low as possible and he told me will see what he can do for the quoted price and would let me know if I needed to pay more (more time spent on the computer meant more money). After he diagnosed my computer, he called to tell me that my hard drive is faulty and he will try his best to recover my priority items for the quoted price. Long story short, I got my laptop two days later with 80% of my photos and files recovered (hard drive was so poor that he had difficulty even recovering that amount). I was so happy that Raymond respected my wish to keep the cost at the quoted price. He even went above and beyond to help me recover my precious photos by working overtime on it. I will definitely take my computer in for repairs in the future if needed (let's hope not, though!) and will recommend to my friends. read more
