I agree with Cynthia C. , Joe at iRepair in Mississauga provides a reliable, best priced and highly proficient service for all Apple products needing repair. I searched alternatives "near me" and although there were others closer, when I called iRepair in Mississauga, Joe answered right away, listened to my (iPad) issues and quoted the best price. I'm so glad I didn't go to the Apple Store. Not only did Joe solve all my problems quickly and at the lowest possible price, he showed me (by doing it for me) how to clean my AirPods and case properly, improving their performance dramatically. No charge! A good man, who is generous, takes pride in his work and takes customer service to heart. Plus a location that is easy to get to and has lots of free parking. Worthy of 5 stars. read more

This is the first place I turn to for problems with Apple products. Yet again, Joe at iRepair comes through for us. He has always been honest about the device issues we bring top him. He has always charged very reasonably for his work and it is always done in a timely and professional manner. Most recently, he even troubleshot a VPN issue on my phone that was preventing connection to the internet with no charge; anyone else might have told me I needed some new part or charged me to diagnose it but not Joe. We have had smashed and cracked screen repairs, as well as iMac issues handled by Joe and his team at iRepair and we have been 100% satisfied with the fees and the results. read more

Went in today to get my iphone screen fixed (cracked into millions, screen non responsive) and he was able to completely fix it for $200, gave me a free screen protector, and recommended a great iPhone case (MOUS) - and was overall kind and friendly and extremely informative! my new go to for sure. read more

I have heard horror stories about people bringing their iPhones to random kiosks for repairs.So after a recommendation from a family member I brought it to IRepair Mississauga. I had a smashed up iPhone 6s and a badly damaged iPad screen. Irepair used apple products (not the blue tinted knockoffs) and gave me a great deal for the second item which was an added bonus. On top of that the owner gave me an iPad case he had in the back and didn't even charge me. They were quick, professional and went above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough. Fast, excellent service. Shattered the screen on my 6 month old iPad Air 2. Two options available. 1) chuck it, or 2) fix it. Knowing how expensive these replacement screens are I still decided to look around for repair. Found these guys close to home with an already excellent Yelp rating. Called them up, spoke to Rob who told it like it is. Said I could have it back in 24 hrs. Bill came in as quoted and on time. Even had the decency to check out an old iPod I had that didn't want to charge. Found out (for free!) that it was just the charger. Excellent workmanship, looks like brand new. No up sell, no bs, just good old fashioned customer service. read more

I had bad experiences with the service on Mississauga store. I just wanted to replace a broken iPod touch screen. The price is asking 70$ plus tax, and have to wait three days to pickup. I also need to give them password, I don't get it why it is necessary to provide password for a screen replace. Sucks! read more

Never thought I would find such a professional place to fix my daughters IPad! I have tried to repair a cracked iPad screen, and went to a mall in Markham. Had to buy a new iPad because repairs were substandard, then the new IPad was also unfortunately dropped and screen shattered. Brought it to this place IRepair Mississauga and it was like getting a new IPad . Done in hours, no up selling, just fixed! Even fixed the first IPad that was ruined by the the shop in Markham. Only place you should go if you have tablet or phone problems at a reasonable price! Thank you. read more

My dad recommended that I go and get my iPhone 4s screen fixed after he had two iPod batteries replaced there and I am extremely happy that I did! As soon as I walked in the first thing that I noticed is how clean, modern and professional everything looks. Even the gentlemen that fixed my phone was wearing dress clothes and a tie - extremely professional. While at the counter the technician shows you the cost to repair the device right on the computer monitor - this transparency set them apart from a lot of the other service centres (I drop my phone a lot....). They were able to replace the screen right on the spot! I asked the technician if they would be able to do it any quicker than the hour that they asked for, and he said that he didn't want to rush the job! When I picked up my phone the technician went over all of the details surrounding the warranty. Overall I was really impressed with service, efficiency and quality. I walked into iRepair Mississauga with the corner of my iPhone 5C popping out of the back shell. I handed my phone to the kind man at the front desk, he took a quick look and took my phone to a back room. A couple of minutes later, he came back and the corner was popped back in. The man even showed me that my phone worked and gave me some advice on how to better protect it. He didn't even accept money for the work he did. I talked to him about some of the other repairs he does and his business is very reliable. iRepair fixes things for a cheaper cost, but they fix things right. This will be my one stop for all Apple product repairs and it should be yours too. read more

I walked in today with my phone working but I had dropped it and the face had separated from the back. Fearing I would do more damage by trying to force it back in I brought it into the store. In 2 minutes the repairman had fixed it and when I asked what I owed him he said, "nothing...it only took me two minutes...just recommend me to a friend". I know I would have messed it up and the Apple Store would have suggested a pricey fix. This guy was honest, quick, kind and professional...and more than fair. If you are looking for a iPhone/iPod repair store, this is your best bet! I visited the store earlier in the day and brought my iphone5s (problem: dust in front camera) and iPod classic (problem: battery change) for repair. A worker, and the owner quickly gave me a diagnostic and fixed the problem in no time. Price was very reasonable and the battery replacement came with warranty, which I loved and in case you lose your receipt, they will have all your information in their system, showing how transparent they are. Impressive!! I called today when my daughter called me crying because she had dropped her phone. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable so I visited the store tonight on my way home from work. He fixed her iPhone 5c on the spot and told us it would be no charge!! iRepair in Mississauga is amazing! I had my iPhone 4S screen fixed at the location in kensington a few months back. On Christmas Eve, my screen went black and was unresponsive but could hear I still was receiving messages. Eddie was able to fix it in 10 minutes no problem! Saved me tons of time and money. Excellent service, customer service and support. Brought my smashed open iPhone after the Apple Store told me it was irrepairable, and they replaced the front housing and LCD screen. Cost about $145 and took less than an hour. Was blown away at how quickly what I thought a botched phone. Definitely come into the shop if you have a phone in need of some TLC. read more

Awesome. Spilled pepsi on my ipod classic. Thought it was done for. Gentlemen cleaned it out fixed the sticky lock button and had it back to me the next day. It works perfectly now. Went in to fix an iPhone 6S and wasn't charged for diagnostics. The gentlemen were very nice & the only thing I was charged for was a battery replacement.
