It was done within an hour. The second time I dropped my iPhone 4S and the back was cracked. I believe this was about $30 to replace and he did it on the spot. I also invested in a cover to prevent it from breaking again. I can't express how mild mannered and kind the man who works there is. He is very easy to deal with.
