They did a good job but are a bit expensive compared to other places…read more I brought my LG G6 in to replace the display that had been damaged by impact. They quoted me $230 to fix, which was a bit high since other places quoted $150 - $175, but I trusted they would do a good job so I allowed them to order the new part. Three days later I was informed that the part was in. On the way there, I dropped my LG and damaged the backing. I had taken the protective case off so they could replace the display. They ended up fixing the backing as well, stating that they could not fix the display unless they fixed the backing as well. However, they gave me a bit of a discount to repair both. Overall, so far everything is looking good and although a bit more costly, I recommend because they do good work.

"Not impressed" is how I would summarize my experience with this place…read more I went to this location because of the great reviews of the expediency and knowledge of the repair technicians. I was quoted a relatively high price (compared to the other places that I checked out), but decided to go along with it, given its rating on yelp. Instead, I had to return 4-5 times until it was confirmed that they couldn't fix my phone. I still ended up having to get a new iphone from apple. Arguably, there is no guarantee that a store can fix liquid damage, but I didn't appreciate the way that they went about addressing the issue. I specifically didn't like the fact that during my last attempt to fix it, I handed in my phone around 11:30 a.m. on a Friday and didn't hear from them until I physically went in on Sunday afternoon - there was no email communication. I think the red flag for the technicians should have been that my phone was never entirely charged, when it was given back to me. Perhaps the issue could have been noticed if it was left overnight for observation. Okay, so they did refund my money when they realized that there was no possibility of saving it, but the effort of going back 4-5 times was ridiculous, to say the least. It also meant that I didn't have a working phone for over 3 weeks. To add further insult to injury, I just checked out the final invoice that they sent out and realized that they took off the protective screen that I paid $10 for and did not refund me. I will not be going back to get that money back - not worth it.

I got my Iphone battery and Apple Watch battery replaced…read more The Iphone battery took 1/2 hour and the watch was 3 hours. The apple store was going to take my watch for 13 days to replace the battery. I saved money and the batteries work fine. The only issue was that the iphone doesn't recognize the battery as an Apple product but my phone is 4 years old so I really don't care what Apple has to say. I saved $50 on each battery, Great Job Cellular Nation Mississauga.

Got a call to pick it up. Was covered in glue. Guy took it to the back and came back two seconds later and said we could keep and you leave and come back while we clean it or give a discount. Huh? You want me to leave while you clean all the glue off then drive back? Pretty sure they were playing video games when I came in. Avoid this overpriced amateur spot. Now I'm going to clean all the glue off my daughters brand new screen. Ugh.

DO NOT get your phone fixed here, I wish i could review lower than 1 star. their screens are not up…read moreto date, they are slow, laggy, doesn't show the shades right for example the color black is blue on my phone now.... if you get your phone fixed here you will never want to use your phone anymore as the LCD screen is NON-GENIUNE and from a cheap supplier. it will hurt your eyes, lag and show bad quality throughout your phone, you will never get rid of the system notification saying that your screen is garbage, when you leave your phone unlocked it will randomly select apps and open them. Want to call someone? Good luck getting your phone unlocked, I regret coming to this place so much, my iPhone was better off broken. They also admit to screens being bad quality and will NOT give a refund. Also i should say my phone isn't new, its an iphone 11 pro max. They should've had no problem fixing the screen in a professional way. I've attached photos on google reviews of what your phone will look like at night if you get your screen repaired here, i've also attached the notification you will see for the rest of your iphones life. unfortunately i cant upload video or else i would show you me struggling to unlock my phone for 5 minutes.

"But it's only the on/off switch," I bleated. They claimed it was all one component. (Spoiler alert: bullshit.) Then I contacted CPR. They quoted me less than half. I had to give them half of that ($50) so they would order the part. They kept me apprised every step of the way, and accurately managed my expectations. Then met them. When they received the part, I dropped off my phone. They helped me put it into maintenance mode; so my apps and data were protected. Yay! I got a call when the phone was ready. They took less than the hour and a half they had advised me it might take. I was able to pick it up on my way out for the evening. All in all, a marvellous experience, and a very satisfying resolution to my hardware issue. Highly recommended.

WARNING: Do NOT trust this shop with your phone repairs…read more We brought our iPhone in for a screen replacement on December 19. From the moment we got it back, the phone was freezing, becoming unresponsive, and the display colors were visibly off -- all signs of a faulty repair or defective part. On March 8, we returned after a thick vertical line appeared on the screen. They replaced it again under warranty, but not before implying my son had caused the damage -- which he firmly denies. That second replacement was done around 1:00 PM. By 7:00 PM the same day -- less than 6 hours later -- the screen stopped working entirely. The screen protector was completely intact, ruling out any physical damage on our end. We are now being told they will not fix it and that WE are responsible for the damage. This is completely unacceptable. This is our third visit for what should have been a simple screen replacement. The pattern is clear -- either defective parts are being used, or the installation quality is poor, and rather than taking accountability, they are blaming the customer. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a phone repair to look elsewhere. This shop takes no responsibility for their own work and will leave you worse off than when you came in.
