Got a call to pick it up. Was covered in glue. Guy took it to the back and came back two seconds later and said we could keep and you leave and come back while we clean it or give a discount. Huh? You want me to leave while you clean all the glue off then drive back? Pretty sure they were playing video games when I came in. Avoid this overpriced amateur spot. Now I'm going to clean all the glue off my daughters brand new screen. Ugh.

Would not recommend this place rather go to a store who will acknowledge mistakes rather than a guy in an apartment building. Ive had people tell me that his prices were to high and that sometimes he would switch out your original parts of your phone with 3rd party parts but didnt want to believe it cause he's fixed so many of my phones In the past. Be cautious when considering him. Also have pictures and video to prove everything and text message conversations

They did a good job but are a bit expensive compared to other places…read more I brought my LG G6 in to replace the display that had been damaged by impact. They quoted me $230 to fix, which was a bit high since other places quoted $150 - $175, but I trusted they would do a good job so I allowed them to order the new part. Three days later I was informed that the part was in. On the way there, I dropped my LG and damaged the backing. I had taken the protective case off so they could replace the display. They ended up fixing the backing as well, stating that they could not fix the display unless they fixed the backing as well. However, they gave me a bit of a discount to repair both. Overall, so far everything is looking good and although a bit more costly, I recommend because they do good work.

"Not impressed" is how I would summarize my experience with this place…read more I went to this location because of the great reviews of the expediency and knowledge of the repair technicians. I was quoted a relatively high price (compared to the other places that I checked out), but decided to go along with it, given its rating on yelp. Instead, I had to return 4-5 times until it was confirmed that they couldn't fix my phone. I still ended up having to get a new iphone from apple. Arguably, there is no guarantee that a store can fix liquid damage, but I didn't appreciate the way that they went about addressing the issue. I specifically didn't like the fact that during my last attempt to fix it, I handed in my phone around 11:30 a.m. on a Friday and didn't hear from them until I physically went in on Sunday afternoon - there was no email communication. I think the red flag for the technicians should have been that my phone was never entirely charged, when it was given back to me. Perhaps the issue could have been noticed if it was left overnight for observation. Okay, so they did refund my money when they realized that there was no possibility of saving it, but the effort of going back 4-5 times was ridiculous, to say the least. It also meant that I didn't have a working phone for over 3 weeks. To add further insult to injury, I just checked out the final invoice that they sent out and realized that they took off the protective screen that I paid $10 for and did not refund me. I will not be going back to get that money back - not worth it.

Pricing is less than half the competitors and the diagnostics have been spot on. The replacement of the usb charging port took a day, the water damage a little more, but was a lot more work to repair (I actually thought the device wasn't fixable when I brought it in, the repair cost was well below expectations and still worth it on a 4 year old device).
