The final cost of the repair quoted was a mere fraction of what Apple would have charged us and the repair is covered with a warranty. The level of communications prior to and during the repair was outstanding ... Al communicated on several occasions by phone and email. As business owners ourselves, it was very refreshing to connect with Al and his staff in their Mississauga location. We have another MacBook Pro we are dropping off for repairs and would consider going nowhere else. They reassured me that they only use apple products and the only case they will use China is if its for a Chinese product. When I went to pick my phone up, I brought along with me my friends iPhone8 to compare the screens. I asked him one more time if it's apple, he said yes. He lied right to my face, the screens were two different colours, the finger recognition didn't work and it was not smooth when scrolling left to right, it was also a different texture. He waisted 3 hours of my time and I got him to switch it back. My cracked screen works better. So don't go here, it's a dishonest company. $150.00. Ps. If you notice a lot of knock off products on the shelves, they will most likely use knock off parts.
