In my panic of not having a phone I went to my carrier and they said it was irreparable and I ended up getting a new phone and being extremely upset that I had lost ALL of my pictures and music files that I had collected from the past two years. I kept searching and trying to find some way to get my data off my broken phone and was feeling like there was no hope. Then I decided to call my computer technicians (Crave Systems - awesome company) and they referred me to Milton Wireless. The owner, Shoaib, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to his store he took my broken screen off and put a new screen on so we could adjust the media synch settings and then he put my broken screen back on. I went home and was able to upload ALL of my files which I thought I had lost to my pc! I would refer anyone with a broken cell phone to Shoaib at Milton Wireless as he is an expert with excellent customer service and is very reasonable with prices.

Went the next day after 2:00pm and battery hadn't shown up yet. Was told to come back after 5:00pm. I did go back at which time I was told it still wasn't in. Should be just 1/2 hour wait. After 2 more hours of waiting the battery still hadn't shown up. I finally gave up and left. I can't keep going back. What a waste of my time. They should just have taken my number and called me when it was in, instead I wasted a whole day waiting to have nothing done. They can keep the battery, I'll go somewhere else. Worst part is nobody there seemed to concerned about it. A little common sense goes a long way!
