They quoted me $230 to fix, which was a bit high since other places quoted $150 - $175, but I trusted they would do a good job so I allowed them to order the new part. Three days later I was informed that the part was in. On the way there, I dropped my LG and damaged the backing. I had taken the protective case off so they could replace the display. They ended up fixing the backing as well, stating that they could not fix the display unless they fixed the backing as well. However, they gave me a bit of a discount to repair both. Overall, so far everything is looking good and although a bit more costly, I recommend because they do good work.

I was quoted a relatively high price (compared to the other places that I checked out), but decided to go along with it, given its rating on yelp. Instead, I had to return 4-5 times until it was confirmed that they couldn't fix my phone. I still ended up having to get a new iphone from apple. Arguably, there is no guarantee that a store can fix liquid damage, but I didn't appreciate the way that they went about addressing the issue. I specifically didn't like the fact that during my last attempt to fix it, I handed in my phone around 11:30 a.m. on a Friday and didn't hear from them until I physically went in on Sunday afternoon - there was no email communication. I think the red flag for the technicians should have been that my phone was never entirely charged, when it was given back to me. Perhaps the issue could have been noticed if it was left overnight for observation. Okay, so they did refund my money when they realized that there was no possibility of saving it, but the effort of going back 4-5 times was ridiculous, to say the least. It also meant that I didn't have a working phone for over 3 weeks. To add further insult to injury, I just checked out the final invoice that they sent out and realized that they took off the protective screen that I paid $10 for and did not refund me. I will not be going back to get that money back - not worth it.

"But it's only the on/off switch," I bleated. They claimed it was all one component. (Spoiler alert: bullshit.) Then I contacted CPR. They quoted me less than half. I had to give them half of that ($50) so they would order the part. They kept me apprised every step of the way, and accurately managed my expectations. Then met them. When they received the part, I dropped off my phone. They helped me put it into maintenance mode; so my apps and data were protected. Yay! I got a call when the phone was ready. They took less than the hour and a half they had advised me it might take. I was able to pick it up on my way out for the evening. All in all, a marvellous experience, and a very satisfying resolution to my hardware issue. Highly recommended.

The apple store was going to take my watch for 13 days to replace the battery. I saved money and the batteries work fine. The only issue was that the iphone doesn't recognize the battery as an Apple product but my phone is 4 years old so I really don't care what Apple has to say. I saved $50 on each battery, Great Job Cellular Nation Mississauga.

You want me to leave while you clean all the glue off then drive back? Pretty sure they were playing video games when I came in. Avoid this overpriced amateur spot. The friendly and efficient manager Jesus, was kind enough to move my request to priority so my phone got fixed fast for a good price (75CAD). I drive back home happy. Then comes the end of the day. The battery level drops and the phone shuts down. I tried all the methods described on all the websites you can imagine to start it back... nothing. Next morning I call the store and they offer me to come. But I dont leave downtown and it's too much drive. They propose me to go to the closest store. Good news, one just opened on Meadowvale! The team there understood the situation, took good care of my phone in a short time. Then when they give it back to me... the volume buttons are not working anymore. Start to be a little tired of all that. They ordered the part and fixed it for free the next day. As a conclusion, price and service are really good.
