Buyer beware! This store does not give you all the facts before trying to fix your phone. Brought in my phone with screen damage, which aside from that had no issues, apps worked, camera worked, face id worked until they opened it. Not only did they not inform me that I would have to go back to Apple but that they could not restore the phone back to normal as promised. They did refund my money after I confronted them and they lied saying that they made me aware of the additional cost. Not True. They returned my phone with the screen damage but now with broken Face ID. I am filing compliant with the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Relations, The Better Business Bureau and Apple Canada to make sure they can advertise they fix Apple products or use verified Apple Products. read more

I went in to get my phone's screen & battery replaced. It was $130. I also bought a new charger cord for $10. Total with taxes was about $158. He even put a screen protector on as well. Took about 30 min. Overall good service. read more

my experience at Cell2Fix was quick and easy. I had been to other places (the mall) trying to fix an iPhone screen. IPhone's are great phones and the last thing you want to do is replace a broken piece with cheap quality.. bc then like me you're holding a broken phone again. I went to Cell 2 fix to fix this cell phone and all my concerns were answered. the staff there are patient with you, knowledgeable about technology and devices, and wiling to help and give you options. I would go back there if a phone needs repair (hopefully not) but they also carry cool accessories, and known name brands. read more

Great store. Broke my phone and called there and the guy who answered told me that they were closing at 7. I told him I would try to make it and he stayed open and waited for me to arrive. People don't do business like that anymore. He fixed my phone in less than 10 mins and the charge was no more than expected. Would highly recommend. read more

I shattered the face of my iPhone and after calling a few places, brought it here as the employee who answered the phone was pleasant, the price was decent, and the repair would would be done while I waited. The store itself is very clean and uncluttered, unlike other phone repair/phone accessory shops I've been in, with a comfortable sitting area for customers. I don't know the name of the employee who assisted me, but again, he was very pleasant to deal with and he repaired my phone in less than 15 minutes. read more

I found the exact set she sold me at the dollar store! She'll lie to your face about products; offer you a cash deal with no receipt, and when u try to return her lies to her she wont take the return even 5 mins later because you've opened the package and don't have a receipt! I was in desperate help to get my phone back up just decided to give them a chance to see on a whim...turned out to be an amazing decision. This store is actually called Brampton Computers Inc! I was going crazy over my iPhone, it kept turning off and would not stay on unless on charge! And within 10 seconds this man knew it was the battery and replaced it all for $22 +vat, in maybe 10 minutes! An absolute godsend! And such a nice couple that work there! Horrible experience. I shattered my phone screen - it was fixed for a day, and then my phone screen completely shut off. I couldn't see anything and what was worse was I had my brothers wedding in four days...so I was in Montreal. Spent $113 to get it "fixed", to have to go somewhere in Montreal and spend $240 to get it really fixed. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I cracked my phone screen on New Year's Eve. I continued using my phone through the evening by using voice commands to send texts and make calls as the screen was useless. The very next day I brought it into Cell2Fix to be repaired. My phone is a Sony Xperia M4 which isn't a well-known phone by any means so it took them a few days to repair the screen, which I was totally fine with. When I got my phone back however they had broken the Mic while fixing the screen and whenever I tried to make a call with it I could not be heard on the other end, and voice commands had also stopped working. I took it back less than an hour after I picked it up to get this fixed. They took the phone back and said they would repair it at no charge to me and it would take a few more days to get the part. I agreed. A few days later having heard no word from them I went into the store and asked about it. I was told that they had ordered the part of Amazon and it was coming in a few days and after that, it was a 10-minute fix. So I agreed to wait. A few more days pass, about a week and a half since I dropped off my phone after it was repaired the first time, and I went back in to check on it. This time I was told they could not find the part anywhere in Ontario so had to order it from the states, and it would be a few more days. Frustrated I agreed. 3 weeks had passed and I went back in having heard nothing about my phone. When I asked about it, they told me they still could not find the part needed, (WHAT HAPPENED TO ORDERING IT OFF AMAZON!?) and that I should stop coming back to check in on it and they would call me when my phone is done. It has been a few days shy of 2 months now that I have been without my phone and having heard nothing about it I went back to the store to see if its ready to be picked up. The young guy working there was polite but informed me he had NO idea what's going on with my phone and that I should come back tomorrow to talk to the guy who has been working on it. I understand that my phone is not the most well sold and finding the parts would take a bit longer than an iPhone. But they found the screen fast enough and being without my phone for 2 months after having already paid them $130 to have the screen repaired is unacceptable. Any good phone repair store should be able to find the replacement parts and be able to fix an issue that they had caused in the first place! read more

I wouldn't give the main st store any stars at all. Called for a quote for a screen replacement on a Apple Watch. The lady who I unfortunately talked to couldn't be bothered to give a real quote having to get there from shelbourne I need a real price. She hung up on me when I asked to talk to the tech who "with a customer". Got asked for my number I said I would wait to talk to him got hung up on again. On third or fourth call was told no tech there. Zero customer service unprofessional place. She even threatened me that she would call 911. I dropped my phone, everything still worked fine but the screen had discoloration and was hard see anything on it. It is a Blackberry Classic. I took it to these guys to see if they could fix it. Told me I needed a new screen for $150. So I let them install a new screen, I picked it up and soon realized that there was no sound, no vibrate and the head phones did not work. Took it back and they got the head phones working but still no sound or vibrate. They told me the speaker was blown. I tried to make sense of that because it was working fine before the new screen, anyway they told me speakers were not avail for that model and it must have damaged when I dropped it. I left there with the phone working, head phone working but no sound or vibrate. I had an old BB Classic at work with a bad charger so I went back a few days later and asked if they could take the speaker out it and install it in mine. They said yes and the tech went to work on it, I waited, about 30 minutes later he comes out and says that the old phone was water damaged and he is not sure the speaker will work. I told him that the phone has never been wet and it has been in my desk at work for over a year, but he saw moisture so he says. At the end of it (about 2 hours later) he gives me back my phones and tells me that both speakers are bad and he has to order a new one for me. Only now the phone is useless because I can not hear anyone and no one can hear me, I can make a call but what is the point when it is dead air. I went there with a good working phone other than a screen that was faded, $150 and 3 visits and 2 hours of wasted time I had a completely useless phone. I hate to write a review like this but have to inform other people about the their service. My wife dropped my Samsung Note 3 to fix ( dropped in water while rafting) with Gurpreet. He promised to fix and will charge $50 and if not fixed will charge $20. He returned the phone same day (friday) that it cannot be fixed. Next day I opened the phone and found the connectors were totally damaged. I called the store manager, explained the situation and he was rude and confronted me that I am blaming his employee of stealing. In the end he agreed to have a look on the phone My wife took the phone back to them on Saturday Morning talk to technician (Deep) and who agreed that the parts have been changed, and he suggested that he will put the parts back into the phone. My worry was my data, as it has lot of financial confidential files from my work, They not only stole the inner parts of the phone but Gurpreet and his manager was very rude too. When I called Gurpreet on Monday , Instead of feeling sorry or apologizing he told me " I should not have given the phone to them if It has your information" , means they will not stop stealing..
