They did refund my money after I confronted them and they lied saying that they made me aware of the additional cost. Not True. They returned my phone with the screen damage but now with broken Face ID. I am filing compliant with the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Relations, The Better Business Bureau and Apple Canada to make sure they can advertise they fix Apple products or use verified Apple Products.
