First time here, stopped in to get my iPhone 6S Plus screen replaced as I completed shattered it. The service was done in an hour as promised- the customer service was good. I had the option to choose between a aftermarket screen or "new" screen. I chose the new screen- However, about two days later my phone did have some glitches, touch delays and now displays a weird shadow in the screen. Update: Compucell advised me to take my phone back to them to be inspected for these shadows in screen/glitches. They changed the screen out again with no additional cost- told me to bring back the phone if any other issues come up. Really good customer service! Great service! My husband has been pleased when taking his laptops here for service but this is the first time we've used them for cell phone fixes. My son's gym bag got tossed Thursday night and his phone was in the pouch and the screen cracked. He was leaving on a school retreat Friday afternoon. DO NOT GET YOUR IPAD SCREEN FIXED HERE! I came in to get my iPad screen repaired. Once I received my "repaired" iPad back a week later and there was glue peeling all around the sides and the screen was lifted away from the iPad in the corners. I then brought the iPad back to see if they could refit the screen and provide better placement and it took two weeks to "repair". I did not receive any updates on iPad and had to call every day for a week to see when my iPad would be ready. I have had the "repaired" iPad for about 2 months now and the screen stopped working. I have not dropped or hit the iPad since I got it back, yet half the screen does not respond to touch or the Apple Pencil. So basically a waste of money and time trying to repair it. read more

What can I say? These guys are lifesavers! We have two iPads for our two boys and we have gone through so many cracked screens! We had taken one of them to the Mills and had one of the screens replaced at the kiosk in the food court and they really messed it up. We had to take it back for the screen peeling off, and then the touch ability just not working anymore. We thought it was done for. My husband first found this place on Yelp and thought we would give it a try when his Mac Mini had stopped working. Instead of trying to fix it, the guy gave us an alternative method of plugging it in and didn't even charge us. This totally built trust and which is why we decided to have our iPads fixed here. We brought one iPad and the guy said if we brought in the other one, they would give us a discount. He told us that one iPad was probably going to last another year or two which was good to know. Recently, my 7 year old son decided he was going to play underwater videographer with his iPhone and killed his phone.
