It's been some time since I've been here and I needed some help. I had about 4K pictures on my I phone 6, and I didn't back it up to the cloud, (I can hear the groans now) the phones screen went dead, I went to the apple store thinking these guys would be genius enough to fix it, but they wanted like 700bucks and there was no guarantee that the pictures on the phone would be saved! All I wanted at this point was access to the phones memory so that I can back up the pictures to the cloud. Enter Frank. No problem, it did take some time, but I was confident that he can do it. He did and got it back up and running for a lot less than 700 bucks! I also brought in my Lenovo laptop to get fixed shortly after and he got that thing rocking and rolling again faster and better than I had it before!! I found a couple of MacBooks for sale here at Compu Cell Fontana through Offerup, and made the trip up to Fontana from San Diego to buy them. Especially useful to me was the offer of 90 days, no interest credit through Acima that allowed me to purchase them. The verification for this credit was my record of recent paychecks, rather than using my credit score. Sunny helped me with buying them, gave me a nice discount for buying two and also included a charger for both of them. He was very kind, patient and informative. I ran a diagnostic on them prior to purchase and all hardware was shown to be good. I have a couple of weeks of use on them now. If you need a pc built, this is the place to go to. Although I did a lot of research on pc parts and which ones I wanted for my build, I just didn't have the time to build it myself. I came in to the shop with all the parts I wanted and they had mostly everything in stock. This is my first pc ever and I cannot explain how happy I am with it. I've only been using it for a month and everything works great, no problems so far. I'm able to play all the games I want with such high graphics. i got a mac book from here and was told it worked good and was happy that i could do payments. when i got home i found out the the mic did not work and i had to use blue tooth head phones cuz the jack didnt work for ones that plugged in. i also wasnt told that the mouse was a hit and miss sometimes. they have a 30 day return policy which they charge you 20% restocking fee. my husband explained to the man the issues and he refused to take it back with out having to pay the 20%. i only had it two weeks and gave it back in the same condition. im out over $200 because i wasnt going to keep pay the monthly for something that doesnt work. wont be using them anymore. read more

I typically can handle rebooting my MacBook but the one time I couldn't, I took it here and they rebooted it, and saved my files. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and I had my mac back within a few days. This shop has decent prices for the service they provide. I gave Sunny (whom by the way was extremely helpful the whole way through) my upmost trust. I had a budget and be built the best PC he could with the money I had. Bad experience!!! Phone brought in for screen replacement. The job went well but then phone wouldn't charge... took it back and they"worked on it" said it was my fault because I had opened the phone and damaged the board up... the communication was for this issue. Integrity of this owner is questionable. After 3 days of "working" on the phone he was not able to fix... erased my data and had to give me a dead phone back. I took it to ifx4u on Sierra and it was fixed, ifx4u owner told me that the port had also been replaced. Never did Frank till me they replaced the port from my experience These guys don't have the sufficient experience for their mess ups.
