We stopped in to check out their 55+ program and Avery was well informed and very respectful of our needs and concerns. She explained every detail and all of our questions were responded to in a positive manner. We had been AT&T customers for decades, but in recent times have been less than pleased with their customer service and pricing policies. We immediately saved around $250 a year by switching to the 55+ program currently being offered by T-Mobile. We took advantage of having our car set up for broadband access with t-Mobile's sync hardware. The store manager, Akash immediately set up the hardware and associated software in our car and on my iPhone. He was extremely positive and super knowledgeable, plus an all-around good chap! In addition to basic roadside assistance, one of the benefits of the sync hardware is that you immediately receive recall and service notifications about your car. One of the service notifications we received when the system went active dealt with a particular issue that we had been having with our car and had been unable to pinpoint the exact problem. Because of this feature we now have a solution! Overall, a very positive experience with the crew at this t-Mobile location. We were also fortunate to have the Portland area marketing manager present at the store when we signed up for T-Mobile service. His name is Drake and he was totally awesome!! Had a very keen and vigorous sense of humor and made our entire experience pleasurable and unique.

Jeff made us feel like a priority and made sure we went through each and every possible route to fix the issues at hand. He wasn't trying to upsell us on anything, literally might have been one of the best representatives/ managers we have ever talked to regarding support / service. Thank you Jeff, for providing service beyond expectations and rolling with the punches while we figured out what needed to happen. You were were so amazing and I hope a manger Is able to receive and spread this praise to you!

    I needed a new gateway, my old one was failing. It takes quite a while to do each transaction there…read morefor who knows why? A bar code reader would definitely speed things up. Entering all the numbers by hand when there is already a bar code on it slows everything down and can cause the wrong entry. The worker didn't know to activate the new gateway as he was supposed to, so I had to spend 45 mins on the phone with Tech Support when it could not be set up at home. He also brought out the wrong gateway, but he did realize that immediately after checking my account again. He couldn't give a definitive answer on what the difference between the two was. He did ask his "boss" for a little help on a couple of things, but she obviously didn't know either to activate the gateway on their end before it goes out the door. She was also busy with another customer on another very long transaction. I'd imagine there is practically no training past the bare minimum. The guy was possibly on his 2nd week there at best. He was polite and Tech Support said the new gateway is the latest model. Knowing the SIM Card in it needs to be activated would have made a far better experience. I asked Tech Support to notify their stores they don't know to do this step. I wonder if T-Mobile wireless will be just like cable internet and new equipment will be needed every two or three years. T-Mobile does not charge rentals fees so that is a major plus. Now, if you are going to make everyone wait, plus take 15 mins to do each transaction, have some G.D. chairs. Every time you go in there, the people are new. Even if your last visit was 6 months ago. Hours and days open are not the same as listed on the website and seem to fluctuate frequently. Really sad compared to how it was a couple of years ago.

    I had a very challenging situation involving multiple phones, porting multiple lines; so many…read morevariables involved, so many opportunities for things to go wrong... I've worked in sales & customer service for over 15 years and have high expectations from established brands but wasn't sure if anyone could resolve my issues walking in to the AT&T store. This would be the 5th attempt to resolve my issues (other attempts by other teams and other carriers failed miserably)... Not only did the AT&T team resolve my issues, they provided exceptional customer service and created a lifelong AT&T customer that will direct everybody with any cellular needs to the Andy and Ann at the West Linn location on Willamette Drive (although I've since met others on the team and they are fantastic). I don't have much free time and I don't typically write reviews as I expect good customer service but this team went way above and beyond! Go here if you want good customer support and a good product. Other local teams and carriers will not provide better service (cellular or emotional ). Sean B.     I came into this AT&T store to pay my bill and had a very bad experience with Tim, the manager…read more Instead of helping me with a simple payment, he told me to "lose the attitude" and said I needed to be nicer, even though I was not being rude or disrespectful. He then refused to help me, told me to leave, said I was not welcome back, and threatened to call the police when I asked to speak to a supervisor. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. A manager should be able to handle basic customer interactions without escalating the situation like this. Very disappointing experience.
