We'd been in a hotel for about three weeks, and our mood was bleak. John not only showed up very quickly to help resolve this problem, but really listened with a compassionate ear, and explained his plan to restore our home's air. He felt confident that he would restore it fully, and his manner of speaking gave us the peace we needed to trust in the process. He came up with a plan that involved Negative Hepa Air Filtration, and a full HVAC cleanout, and he was 100% correct - it worked. We had reached out in prayer to our Lord Jesus to help us with this unexpected and very upsetting problem....and John showed up. Prayer heard, prayer answered.

How do you know who to trust and who will be able to resolve your problems? John is absolutely the right choice. He responded immediately, evaluated our situation and scheduled us to get started the next day. He was professional as well as friendly and put me at ease right away. He answered every question I had and assured me that they would take care of everything, which is exactly what they did. They were on time (actually reached out because they got done on a job and were able to early), prompt to respond when I texted questions or concerns, and kept me informed throughout the process. Updated Review: Do not trust Darryl Huie or DL Reston…read more While he may come across as friendly and helpful, my experience was the opposite. I found him to be manipulative and unprofessional and, in my opinion, took advantage of my difficult personal circumstances. In Dec 2017, just weeks after losing my mom and sister and months after moving into my beautiful new home, I discovered a water leak that caused significant damage to my kitchen and multiple rooms. I initiated a claim with my insurance company, and began gathering quotes from three separate contractors -- one of whom was Darryl Huie. His initial demeanor was overly eager and persistent. Despite not being awarded the project, he repeatedly inserted himself into the process, including contacting my insurance adjuster without my consent, showing up to my property unannounced, and calling, emailing, and texting me constantly. I was grieving, overwhelmed, and traveling frequently for work and trying to get my family affairs in order, so I allowed limited access to my home strictly for estimation purposes. Not for any actual work. Darryl claimed that even if I didn't move forward with certain repairs, I was still obligated to pay him the entire labor amount my insurance company had awarded, even for work he wasn't doing. He warned me that I could be reported for insurance fraud if I didn't hand over all the funds to a licensed contractor (i.e., him). In my opinion, he used my inexperience with the insurance process to pressure and intimidate me, which I now see as taking advantage of my vulnerable situation. When I declined to move forward, he entered my home without permission while I was traveling and removed the granite countertop, then claimed it broke due to a "preexisting condition" which would have to be filed under a second claim. He later attempted to manipulate the situation by suggesting he could help get it covered under the initial claim if I gave him the job. I considered this a serious ethical violation and reported it to my insurer. When I returned home, I found my road bike missing from the garage and the broken granite left behind. I then received a $1,200 invoice for "services" for removal of the granite countertop, which I never approved. He eventually sued me in small claims court, falsely asserting we had a verbal agreement. Fortunately, I documented everything, and the judge dismissed the case. Years later, he resurfaced and sent me a disturbing message through Facebook filled with personal attacks, prompting me to finally share this experience. At the time, I didn't have the energy to speak up. I do now. After writing an honest review on Yelp, a man claiming to be his "friend, who happens to be a lawyer," began calling me at work, emailing my personal and work emails. I consider this behavior to be harassing, and I want no further contact. If you are considering working with this contractor, I strongly urge you to proceed with caution. This review is based entirely on my personal experience and supported by court records, insurance documentation, and extensive written communication.

Their professionalism, trustworthiness, and work ethic combined is a force to be reckoned with. I had water damage alongside my entire kitchen wall and floor due to an AC pipe leak from the unit above. I found Sean at AAA Restoration since they were located nearby and they were immediately able to tend to the situation. They sectioned out the area, put in blowers, and kept continuous supervision throughout the process. Even when they removed all the appliances to note all the moisture and damaged walls/flooring, their work was quick and clean. They took care of the job professionally and I felt super lucky to have found them. What was most impressive was Sean's reliability. He always returned phone calls (which is rare nowadays especially with contractors or people in this field). He is hardworking and honest and very easy going. He is straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush which I value the most. His team worked patiently and diligently with my insurance company to process the claim, although it's definitely time to change insurance company after their horrible claim service/process. I hope I don't have to deal with any more water damages, but if it happens, I know I'm tracking down Sean at AAA!

If you are looking for someone to do a bad job on wainscoting they are your guys. If you are looking for someone lie to you continuously and give you every excuse under the moon this is your company. If you enjoy being told over and over again that they will call to schedule you in just as soon as they can and then not call this is your company. They replaced wainscoting in 3 of my bedrooms and all three have this horrible line in multiple places in all 3 rooms. I have been trying to get this fixed for 3 years. I have held my tongue saying anything about this company for 3 years because I needed them to come and fix their work, but it seems they do not stand by their work and I am done trying to get it fixed by them. Life is too short. Mercury Insurance recommended them to me and one of the biggest lessons I learned is never go with the company your insurance company recommends. They are not looking out for your interest but trying to get the job done at the cheapest price. This means you end up with companies like Elite Restoration & Construction Services.
