They started the work, removed a 2ftx2ft square under the water heater and cut through the walls there and treated with some sprays. Never rebuilt the box. Got upset that insurance wouldn't cover it. Never finished the work (walls and base are still missing around the 2ftx2ft section). Then billed me for over twice the estimate (16k). WTF I have no idea how they stay in business. I am extremely disappointed with how my project and subsequent payment dispute have been handled…read more The work at my home is not complete. This is not simply my opinion--the company acknowledged the outstanding work in writing. I received a message confirming that they still needed to return to install the laundry top/sink and finish the quartz on the kitchen countertops near the window area. There is also a carpet issue that a representative said he needed to personally inspect. Despite these outstanding items, I received a phone call demanding payment and was told that a lien could be placed on my home. I found the tone and manner of that conversation disrespectful and completely inappropriate, particularly when I was trying to address the fact that the work remained unfinished. What is especially frustrating is that I had already communicated with multiple people from the company regarding the incomplete work and payment. Rather than simply completing the remaining work and resolving the billing issue professionally, the situation escalated into threats concerning my property. After the call, I requested copies of all signed agreements, invoices, change orders/authorizations, an itemized accounting of the amount allegedly owed, and documentation supporting the charges. To be clear, my dispute is not about refusing to pay for properly completed work. My concern is being pressured for payment while the company's own written communication confirms that work remains to be completed. I have retained the written communications, voicemail, photographs, and other documentation regarding this matter. I am also escalating my concerns to company leadership and filing complaints with the appropriate consumer and contractor oversight organizations. I would have preferred for this to have been resolved professionally and directly. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has made that impossible. I will update this review if the company completes the outstanding work and resolves the billing dispute appropriately.

Worst experience ever from Corey in August 2018. I was referred by United Drying company. They have a set up where one is referred and they automatically come in make you sign to do the work especially when its your first time dealing with a leak. I had called and asked for a quote and they won't come out unless you agree to sign with them. Gave me a huge quote difference from my insurance adjuster. To me these guys did not seem trustworthy, just a gut feeling I got. So I decided not dissolve the contract...this is when it all went down hill. Corey came and I signed so he can give me a quote AND I also signed a document that said if you chose not to do the contract you have within a 72 hours period to get your deposit of $1000 back. After not hearing from Corey or his company after 2 days. He said he will call or text me the next day to set up the logistics of how his team can work on the house when I am at work but I did not hear from them. So, after the initial consultation I got other FREE quotes and decided I don't want to work with this company. I called him about 48 hours later to cancel but no answer and so I completed the form to dissolve the contract and emailed it to them. Not too long afterwards I get a text from him saying that is fine. A couple of days later he texted me again saying that he had started ordering stuff already...as I had thought he would do so they can keep my deposit. I asked for the invoices that he had done all the ordering of supplies or whatever he said he order...he said "we don't do invoices until the job is worked on" yet...he said he ordered supplies so he will keep my deposit. I didn't really want to deal this this bs so I hope. He also said that they will take "$750" for all the work that has been done to prepare for this job. So far I have not seen my $250 back... I would never recommend a company like this or United Drying to anyone. As they have this ring of referrals and automatically think that they will do the job and push you to sign contracts with deposits.

Top-notch operation. We are extremely satisfied with Paradigm's service…read more Just finished up restoring the damage done to our kitchen and living room due to a plumbing leak in the wall. Amazing the devastation a tiny leak can cause! The insurance co. sent over the plumbers to find and fix the source of the water leak. In the process, they tore out walls, carpet and recently remodeled kitchen cabinets. Painful to watch your home get torn apart! The plumbers packed it up and left us bewildered at the sight of our wrecked home. We lucked out when we picked Paradigm from a list of contractors the insurance adjuster gave us. I can't say enough good things about Corey, the guy in charge at Paradigm. It's the first time I've had to deal with water damage like this; and it's been a relief to have Corey just take over and make it all better. The guys that Paradigm sent to restore kitchen cabinets, replace the ripped-out drywall, and repaint were very professional and did an amazing job. They showed up when they were supposed to, did excellent work and cleaned up before they left. Honestly, I don't have a single complaint. My home not only looks like it never happened; it looks all fresh and new! They matched the texture and color of my existing walls exactly! (not easy to do: one was a specific chamois color that I was sure they would not be able to get right. The painter nailed it on the very first try. Amazing!) I couldn't be happier and I love that I now have a team of skilled electricians, carpenters, and painters to turn to in the future, that I know will do a great job for me. (Hopefully for fun projects and not repairs!) Best of all, Corey really stayed on top of every aspect of the restoration project. I never would have been able to coordinate all these tradesmen without lots of headaches along the way. We are very grateful for the efficient way Corey managed the project for us.
