We didn't notice until he left and we started to notice. We sent Mr Chimney photos and emailed, called and texted and were told "we'll get back to you..." but they never did. We are disputing the $188 credit card charge in hopes of recuperating some losses. I will NEVER use these people again - TERRIBLE customer service!!!
