Ecstatic to find reliable trustworthy computer repair here in Vancouver!! For ten years I've been…read moredriving to geek squad locations and gave up on local repair shops but got a recommendation for this repair shop and so glad I went !! My Lenovo yoga has two charging ports ( cool huh? ) anyways I somehow got both ports full of corrosion. I agreed to repair one, paid for full diagnostic upfront $140 and then agreed to pay for replacement of one charging port. Got a call that it was finished and oops they replaced both ports so they were still only charging me for one. Ethical choice. Very impressive! Kind helpful staff easy to reach no long recording to wade through just to speak with a person, easy parking will definitely keep this as my go to for computer work. They sell accessories for phones and computers plus they offer refurbished laptops. Highly recommend

Also, Reddit reviews as of 2026 HIGHLY recommend Fixoid's Vancouver location - no idea why it's rated so low on yelp Called to confirm the price and their hours. We ordered a Viking Side by Side refrigerator freezer from Best Buy in Cascade Station Portland on…read moreFebruary 22, 2026, because our existing kitchen aide unit had a leak that could not easily be repaired. Cost with taxes was paid in full for over $13,000. We were originally given a delivery date of 4/4/26 and received no warning of delays. Had we been warned of possible delays, we would have purchased something else given the issues and damage caused by the existing unit. We were told in March that Best Buy needed to reschedule which we did for May 6. We were then told again that Best Buy needed to reschedule which we did for May 27. That appointment also got cancelled by Best Buy and rescheduled for July 6. Then the July 6 got cancelled because they didn't plan for a 4 person delivery team. Finally on July 8 the unit was delivered and the old unit removed. Unfortunately, we were told by the install team after installation that there is a manufacturing flaw in the Viking unit and so the stainless steel doors rub and are grinding deep scratches into both doors. The extensive delays caused damage to our wood floors from the old units leaking which was great effort to contain. And sadly the local Best Buy sales team has now told us that they steer shoppers away from Viking refrigerators because of quality concerns. Since delivery we realized the unit is also missing the bottom kick plate and a few weeks after delivery the ice has stopped working. We scheduled a replacement delivery which was set for August, but weeks later that again was cancelled by Best Buy with a request that we contact them to reschedule. Today we went to Best Buy, ordered a non-Viking unit which is scheduled for delivery in August. Wish us luck.

Clearly demonstrated an unprofessional attitude with regard to not only assisting me (or lack thereof) in the print center, but not wanting to do anything whatsoever from the start. It's one thing to not be able to ship certain items due to what you can legally ship- totally get that. It's quite another to say that you won't ship it because you don't have a return address for the label. Even a hotel address wasn't sufficient. It was evident that Truman didn't want to help me, nor wouldn't despite the efforts of his print employee who actually made an effort to explain things (before Truman interjecting his position). Yet this is apparently how the customer is treated in 2023. Highly recommend not using this Office Depot location, and to strongly consider other options and competitors. Update: I had a very good phone call on 3/16/23 with the district manager (Thomas Crawford) regarding what happened. I really believe that he is sincere in resolving any issue, even during a time of management & employee transition with this store. I 100% believe that he was sincere, and I certainly hope that this store improves in providing customers with viable solutions, and not viewing others as insignificant when it comes to shipping needs. This phone call made all of the difference.

Apparently the whole keyboard had to be replaced. Sounds good. Was quoted 150$. Cool. Was told to come pick it up on 3/5 and that it was good to go. Got a call today 3/6 that the laptop would not turn on and apparently the ribbon cable was not connected to the motherboard. He mentioned soldering something and how it would completely break the laptop. He said That three screws were missing and asked if anyone has ever opened it before. No. It has never been opened before. Only used for school work. He said that the motherboard disconnecting was not from him because he went in from the top to replace the keyboard. FYI. Jeff. There is no way to go in from the top of the laptop. After we brought the laptop home and paying 100$ for Jeff to break my laptop we opened it up and it blatantly is visible that he flipped the motherboard over to access the keyboard and that it snapped the ribbon from the motherboard. With having a video of the laptop working fully the night before it makes it obvious that I not only paid 100$ for him to break my laptop but I also paid 100$ for him to lie to me and blame me for something he broke. 0/10 IGN. I know now not to put my faith in humanity again and assume that people have good intentions and will tell me the truth. Now I have to replace my entire laptop costing me 1k.
