The food here is absolutely delicious! The café itself is very small with minimal seating so plan on taking it to go. Very friendly and hard-working staff, we enjoy both the salad and the sandwiches as well as their Matcha. The food was made to order quickly, and the portions are generous everything was very fresh. Great option if you're looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch in Beverly Hills!

My Mom had a recurring appointment for the last couple of years (every few months or so) across the street, so at anytime I chauffeur her, I make it a point to try a new spot on this block while waiting for her to get done. That said, I believe this spot is the last on my "to try" list. And to be honest, as many times as I've walked through this block, I never even really noticed this place until recently - but they were closing or closed at the time, so I vowed to try them out on Mom's next appointment run. It's kinda hidden, tucked away in a little corner, but don't let that fool you: they're pretty popular. There's seating for 4 on their patio area and maybe seating for 10 inside (more if you don't mind squishing in.) Most customers take their stuff to-go, though, so it really isn't an issue. Came through on a mid-week mid-afternoon and I haven't had anything all day. Since we were a bit early, Mom had time to get a snack. She wanted nothing more than a soup, so she went for the coconut red lentil (which came with a piece of bread) and and iced matcha latte. I was gonna go for the egg-cellent sandwich but soon as I saw the Lox Toast on their off-the-menu specials, it was a done deal. Had that with the iced chaga matcha. LOX TOAST: First bite and I was dunzo! I've had my share of lox toasts, but this might have just made my top 2. The bread was toasted soft. The avocado was fresh and creamy. They were generous with the amount of salmon and the topped onion served as a palate cleanser of sort while adding texture and flavor. If there was a reason to come back here, it's for this! ICED CHAGA MATCHA: I'm a fan of an iced matcha latte - doesn't matter where from, it's my go-to. However, this is the first time I've seen it as a "supercharged mushroom" version. I was far too curious, so I went for it. It still had that familiar matcha taste, but with added depth in flavor. (I have to apologize, it's a bit difficult to explain.) I'll just leave it at this: if you like matcha, try this. FOOD: 5. SERVICE: 4. VALUE: 3.5. PARKING: There is a parking structure at the opposite end of the block - 2 hours free. Otherwise, metered street parking. OVERALL: 4.25. I think it's only a two (maybe three) person crew which explains why the tables don't get wiped down and the trash can getting neglected (it got so full, things were starting to spill out.) I told them about it and they were quick to resolve the problem. Other than that, woulda been a perfect 5. I'm a fan. I see why they're so popular. Will definitely come back to try their other eats!

Had hot chocolate and a lox toast for breakfast. Lox toast was fresh and delicious! Perfect portion for breakfast. I requested for hot chocolate with coconut milk. It was perfect with the right amount of sweetness and quality was great!

A lovely authentic cafe - marble counters, espresso machine - fresh flowers and the rare LA find: VEGAN CROISSANT! The gracious barista made for a pleasant encounter - His Bob Hoskins charm was sealed with a wink! The drip coffee though had all the screen command of Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Aniston combined.

    Arugula salad

I ordered the Arugula salad and it came with missing ingredients. So odd. They didn't include the cherry tomatoes or the shallots. I just got a bed of arugula with cheese.

Had some time to kill and wanted a chill spot to hang out for a few hours. Stopped by Thursday noon for lunch. There was only one person sitting inside. Food + drink 5/5 Chicken Panini was delicious!! It was just the right portion for a quick yet filling lunch! Arnold Palmer was really yummy! Added one pack of brown sugar and it was just the right flavor! Refills are $1! Service 5/5 The gentleman helping me was patient and nice. The food came out within 5-10 minutes from when I ordered. Ambiance 4/5 Very calm and chill and away from the crowded streets or Beverly Hills. A little hole in the wall that can easily be missed! There's a very strong food smell inside so I chose to sit outside. Price 5/5 $19 for a yummy, healthy, and organic lunch! Overall 5/5 This is the perfect spot for those who work in the area or are just in a time crunch! I was in and out of there within 30 minutes even though I really took my time to eat!

Cute little cafe! Hidden gem I should say! We got vanilla lattes with oat milk and it was perfection! Hubs got the eggcelent sandwich with no bacon and I got the avocado toast and everything was organic, clean , healthy and delicious!! Will definitely be back again!

Iced chai latte and a warm prosciutto baquette

It's a small but popular coffee shop in Beverly Hills. Two small outdoor tables are located outside, a few small tables inside and a wall counter with a few stools. They usually get busy during the morning and lunch time rush and rightfully so. Their Iced chai latte taste like horchata with the perfect amount of sweet. The chicken panini with bacon is my go to for lunch, perfect crisp with a generous amount of avocado spread between each bite served with a small side salad. Their prosciutto sandwich is also great on the run, you can ask them to warm it up and it's the perfect bite to go. I've probably had most of their desserts and although it changes every few months, they are all tasty. The best part is of course the staff. All of them are kind, always with a smile, and helpful even on the busiest of days. Taurino, Luis, Fernando, Felix & Tatiana do an incredible job running the coffee shop. Even if they have a long line, stop by. It's worth it. And be sure to sign up for their rewards.

Cute little cafe in Beverly Hills, one of many. Street parking, or you could park on Bedford in the flats and walk down into downtown LA. It's an orange themed cafe, the service was really good and the owner / cashier was super sweet and patient and attentive and I think that's what drove the ratings up. I had a to go order of a yogurt parfait and it was good, I wish there was more yogurt and less granola though. But I'd definitely try Comoncy in BH again... it's better than the other location. Would recommend!

    Slimy Thai Salad
    Eli O.

Coffee is good. Service is consistently nice. The thai salad is a disaster -- old and greasy fried bits, tangy, and too salty. Besides the flavor, I'm dissatisfied that the leaves I got were "bottom of the container". I came 10 AM on Friday, and there was enough of a turnover to take out a new container of greens - couldn't I get salad from that new container? :( If I wanted slimy, soggy salad, I'd get mixed greens from Costco and leave it in my fridge for two weeks. I don't think I'll be buying food here again.

    Pretty mocha

We randomly came here, because the place we originally was going to, had no cook atm & this place was right next to the car garage we parked at, so it was convenient, because we had a FREE 2 hour parking. Came in, the sign for food, was literally in the back, in a very narrow area. Not so convenient. I took a photo of the Breakfast menu, because standing there looking at it, I felt like I was going to be in the way of people, because this place is quite small. It's more for a "order, pick up and go" kind of place. The prices are quite high, but that's what you get for being in kind of like I guess the District area? Or is it just because it's Beverly Hills? We were visiting from the Bay Area so I'm not quite sure. Customer service was pretty nice and straightforward. Nothing bad about it. Food was good. I got the, "Egg-cellent Sandwich." It was actually really good, with a side of salad. I also got a mocha, with a, "fancy" design." My husband seemed to like his food too. So, basically the visit wasn't terrible or anything, so I would be back again, If I'm ever in Beverly Hills the next time I come visit Southern California. Hope they put the menu somewhere else though, or add another one behind the registers.

On the check, we got an additional fee of $42.20 for "large party service charge." Our "large party" was only 6 people. My concern is that there is no written policy that says that large parties will get charged. After driving by several times, I finally had the opportunity to stop on in. Parking is metered street, and I was lucky to find a spot right across the way around 10:30a during the week. As you walk in, the host stand is at the end and there is seating to your left. My friend was already seated here, so I just walked on in to table. A nice waitress came over shortly thereafter, and I ordered a cocoa with oatmilk (small). This 'small' was served in a glass, whereas a large would be in a typical mug you would expect. As for the drink, it was pretty good. As we caught up, I perused the menu and decided on a side of tater tots and for the first time in my life, I ordered banana bread which I was told was the closest thing to a breakfast pastry on their menu, while he went with a chickpea scramble (no bread). I don't feel it took too long for the food to arrive since we were catching up and enjoying our drinks. The restaurant was getting busier around this time as well. The banana bread had Maldon sea salt and honeycomb butter. This wasn't bad at all; I just never really had this before but I did finish it (got the remainder of it to go for later). The tater tots were just tater tots, nothing special but a larger portion which would be great for sharing alongside a side of ketchup. Service was welcoming, the space is nice, restrooms are two separate ones for all genders. Other guests that sat near us were friendly as well which made for an all-around pleasant experience. No photos taken since I was actually enjoying the company I was in. There were a few choices I was given today to meet up, and I'm glad I chose this one. Would be willing to try pizza or their pasta dishes on a future (later) visit. Note: I did see quite a few cops in the area, so I don't know if they are nabbing people for jaywalking or something else, so just be aware-

My husband ordered the Surfer's Burrito ($18.50) and I got the OG Avocado Toast ($18). Additional $4.00 to add impossible sausage to the burrito. Food was good, nice and flavorful but definitely overpriced. $18 for a small ol avocado toast and at $18.50 for a burrito, you would think there's at least some kind of protein in it. They have an extensive cocktail list as well as mocktails and all kinds of juices available. I thought the Daughter Water ($9.00) sounded pretty refreshing. Like everywhere in WeHo, metered parking on the streets so good luck with that. Minus one star for the menu being tossed at us and minus another star for the price to food portion.

We walked in expecting a quiet lunch and quickly realized the World Cup was on. The screening room was packed with members watching the match, and it was fun seeing everyone so invested in the game. Since we wanted to catch up, we headed to the garden patio instead. There were plenty of people enjoying lunch outside, though it never felt loud. We never had to raise our voices to hear each other, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the afternoon. Our server was fantastic. She checked on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks refreshed, and always seemed to know when to stop by and when to give us space. We never felt rushed, which made the afternoon even more enjoyable. We started with the calamari to share. I ordered the Faroe Island king salmon with sautéed spinach and chimichurri, and my friend had the chopped salad. The salmon had a beautiful sear and was cooked perfectly, while the chimichurri added just the right amount of brightness. We each ordered the cucumber cocktail, mine with vodka and his with gin. It was crisp, refreshing, and exactly what I wanted on such a hot afternoon. It paired especially well with the salmon. One detail I really appreciate about Soho House is its no-photo policy. After spending a few hours there, it made perfect sense. Around us, people were catching up with friends, having meetings, enjoying lunch, or watching the match without phones constantly pointed around the room. It made the entire space feel more relaxed, and I found myself appreciating being somewhere that encouraged people to be present with each other. Nothing felt forced or overly formal. We were able to settle in, enjoy a great meal, and spend a few hours catching up without ever feeling like our table was needed for the next reservation. By the time we left, I completely understood why so many people enjoy being members. One last detail worth mentioning is valet. The attendants were friendly, professional, and efficient. The views are beautiful, and I appreciated the unique combination of dishes on the menu. The food itself was good. Unfortunately, the service didn't meet the same standard, which is why I'm giving it three stars. Our server was friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed or distracted. I ordered one of the juices from the menu along with the rest of our drinks, but it didn't arrive until about 30-45 minutes later--only after I had asked about it three separate times, and after our appetizers had already come out. If it wasn't available or there was a delay, I would've appreciated being told instead of having to keep asking. There was also an issue with my entrée. I ordered a sushi roll but was served yellowtail sashimi instead. During ordering, the server had to repeatedly check the menu for the names of the dishes, but since he confirmed our order before leaving the table, I didn't expect there to be any confusion. It was unfortunate because the restaurant has a lot going for it. As someone who has worked as a fine dining server in the same area, I understand that mistakes happen, but communication and attention to detail are essential. With better service, this could have easily been a much stronger experience.

And, Miami. And even at the marinas in San Diego, San Francisco, and Sausalito. The Henry is very large and open, yet, with all the light streaming in, the soft blues and greys keep the atmosphere sophisticated, subdued, and cool. You immediately feel the calm and these days, especially in the city, we can use a good deal of decompressing. It was almost an audible "aaaahhhhh" that my brain whispered when we sat down at our roomy booth. We were there for brunch and the menu was wonderful for me, a lifelong vegetarian. There were multiple items I wanted to try but I usually stick to an appetizer, main, dessert, and beverage. I am not a big eater at one sitting. Between us, everything we ordered was superb. That makes such a difference. From beginning to end he took care of us, checking occasionally to get our enthusiastic thumbs-up, and then bringing us sturdy containers and a roomy thick shopping bag to take home the leftovers. We stuffed ourselves but still took home half of the generous portions we were given. The tab was beyond reasonable too, especially for Beverly Hills! Nice music -- not too loud, just enough to give a cheerful vibe in the background; clean appointments; quality furnishings; giant spotless windows; pretty wallcoverings; comfortable seating -- everything was just right, Goldilocks-worthy. This is the kind of place to return to again and again. Garage parking at the complex for $15 was so easy, clean surroundings in the neighborhood with some famous retail nearby for browsing, just 40 minutes from home. IOW, perfect!

I came to the Henry for the first time with a party of 4. The ambiance was great- I often get…read moreannoyed by brunch spots that are too Gaudy and packed, but the Henry has ample seating, space, and comfort. There is also an outside patio and bar top to further spread out the clientele. The colors are nice and neutral on the inside and it builds a very intimate dining experience. The service was a highlight for the experience. Carson was very friendly and attentive. You know the memes that show people stuffing their face and the staff come to check on them saying, "How's everything, is the food to your liking?" and they can only let out a muffled "MMHMM?" We had that experience here. The only let down we had was with some of the food. The salad and the Club sandwich were great. The wagyu burger could have used seasoning- it felt like the meat itself was not the star of the dish, but only a texture. Its flavor was not brought out. Moreover, the fries were over seasoned and felt quite salty even without any dipping sauce. I enjoy my fries with ranch but the fries were too strong for ranch and it was overpowering. The cheese for the pretzel bites were also lacking in flavor. Lastly the pot stickers could have used a bit more filling because they were literally quite flat. Therefore, it's a 4/5 for me.
