Instead of simply treating it, they let me know so I could have the bees safely rehomed before they started producing honey inside my walls. That level of care and attention really stood out. The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. The difference between companies is like the difference between athletes: a high school player, a college player, and a Hall of Fame pro. All are talented, but the pro operates on a different level. That's EcoPro, the pro. The others came to the property, and many charged an inspection fee. EcoPro's was free, and it was the only one covering the grounds, trees, attic, roof, and garage door. The inspector: Found every opening in the ground near the house Traced how rodents were using the trees to reach the roof and attic Spotted the chewed seal on my garage door, which no one else pointed out Went up on the roof, where she found more entry points, including near the gutters, gables, and rafters She treated my house like her mom's home, not a box to check. Her approach was to find every way in and guide the rodents out, which is exactly what I wanted. She spent an hour inspecting and 30 minutes teaching me what I didn't know, including how small an opening a rodent can squeeze through. I went outside and there they all were, crowded on the wall of the house, like a gathering army, all trying to enter the stucco. I called a bee removal service (can't remember the name), and the guy came out and informed me that a live removal couldn't be done for one reason or another. He gave me the number of a bee exterminator service. They were too busy or something, so they referred me to Bedini. I was glad they did, as the service was great. Bedini came out, explained all that was happening and what chemicals they'd use, etc. They even let me watch (at a safe distance). Afterwards, the guy told me to caulk up the small hole so more bees wouldn't find the spot. He even found a half full container of caulk in his truck and gave it to me gratis. I'm hoping never to have bees again, but if i did, Bedini would be the first i'd call!

I did my own investigation today and found the source of the moisture mites, caused by poorly sealed caulking. It took only a few minutes and I figured it out. I'm not a professional was able to figure it out. So not only did they not investigate, they didn't treat, and then they lied about the work done. It seems this is a recurring pattern in the reviews here. I will be reporting them to my leasing office and if it's not resolved I will report them to the BBB. Do your jobs.
