Yes, it's COVID days, things go wrong, employees don't show up suddenly, but the wonderful Sheas did not leave me hanging, Brian did most of the move on his own (no easy feat when it's a third floor walk up), and Julie helped with the seriously heavy stuff. By 10 PM the move was done, a little later than expected and with warmth, caring and friendliness above and beyond any movers I have known. The team was helpful, patient and kind, and everything went smoothly with the loading process on a very hot day. I had my own covers for my couches, but they did an excellent job wrapping the last over-sized chair. These guys were very professional. I attached a couple of photos of the large, long-distance truck and the organization on boxes and other items. The quoting process was good, as Scott was personable and wore a mask inside my home during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The office was OK about the paperwork and emails - just be patient and follow up if needed. I'll also note that the moving company on the delivery end was not so great, but it's probably the roll of the dice. The driver admitted that my dresser was wrapped properly by the loading company, but the delivery guys unwrapped it before moving through the door, which resulted in some minor damage. All boxes arrived. Only one loose, inexpensive patio chair was missing (which I could have prevented had I packed it in a box properly. Overall, I was satisfied given my expectations of the long haul.

They required a wire transfer of $6500 for the service, so we paid them, expecting a smooth eviction and storage process. However, upon delivering the storage unit information to the Nassau County Sheriff's Office, we found to our great dismay that the storage unit was not even rented out under AM/PM's name! We asked for a new storage unit, but discovered that the new storage unit was not even in the right county. The hardworking Sheriff's Office wasted precious time and resources examining all of these false storage units and sternly advised us to switch movers. Worst of all is that the eviction date had to be postponed, which caused our client great damage. Since AM/PM did not perform the eviction services as stipulated, we politely requested a refund only to be met with radio silence. After calling and emailing another ten times, we were told refunds were not to be issued; the staff at AM/PM would hang up the phone when they noticed it was our firm calling, refusing to confront their fraudulent dealings. To give them the benefit of the doubt, we traveled to their offices at 1512 Schorr Pl, Bronx, NY 10469 and 1117 Adee Ave Bronx, NY 10469, hoping to get our refund in person. However both were residences, not offices. The pictures in this review are evidence of that. We are immensely disappointed in the quality of service, lack of professionalism, and the inconvenience for which this matter with AM/PM Super Movers has caused us, the Sheriff's Office who worked with us through the process, and our client. As such, we will be moving forward with litigation against AM/PM.
