Someone showed up and refused to do the job because there were clumps of dog hair on the rugs though he claimed to have "the exact same equipment as Stanley Steemer" who, when used in the past, NEVER had issue with hair on the rugs and whose equipment cleaned them with ease. The representative was rude and must have told me twenty times to bring in Molly Maid. I asked for a direct contact to call Jonathan who scheduled the visit but he refused. Is Jonathan the Pope or someone so high and mighty that I am not entitled to contact info? Then I was told Jonathan would call me that day and nearly one week later I have heard nothing. Even for a higher price I will go back to Stanley. No wonder Sears is slowly going out of business.
