We would spot clean those areas on a regular basis. When he was done. You would think it was new carpeting! It was that clean. Even though we had special casters underneath the legs of the furniture; you could still see a faint impression. But, that's to be expected. At the time of this review he has a special 2 rooms for $89. + tax. A good deal. I would highly recommend his carpet cleaning. He also does upholstery, wood and tile.

Ray came to my house and did a wonderful job cleaning my couch and getting not only the stains out but the smells that were embedded in all three cushions. He is a very nice person and easy to talk to and very helpful especially with the problem I had. Each cushion unfortunately had fecal matter that had gone into the foam rubber in each cushion but Ray was able to get that odor out as well as stain, and his price for doing all he did was amazing and well worth it. I will definitely use him again when we decide to have our carpet cleaned. Can't go wrong with an honest and super nice person. read more

Called Ray to clean a large 4 piece sectional sofa, a sofa bed, 10 embroider chair pillows and a large oriental rug. He arrived at the date and time agreed upon, with his daughter - both a pleasure. They worked as a team and did all of the upholstery. Ray suggested taking the rug back to his shop so he could hang it and clean both sides. His price for the job was very fair, not the cheapest, but THE BEST! The pieces averaging 30 years old look like they are fairly new, and the rug which was originally my mothers is over 75 years old looks magnificent. read more

Called and got an answer right away. Explained we had a "dog accident" on our carpet and needed help getting it removed and cleaned. Ray explained what approach he would take and scheduled time to come by later THAT same day. Ray showed up at the time promised. He was courteous and thorough. He answered all my questions regarding the process-- clean, steam, wash, dry. Bill was what we agreed on. He thanked me and was off within 90 minutes. Definitely call Ray if you have cleaning needs. "First Class" is just the tip of the iceberg. I have relied on Ray for years with my carpets throughout my home. I have two cats and it's become a twice yearly activity for me. Not only are my carpets always left in the best condition - but Ray is FANTASTIC! He's always so friendly and kind -- and HONEST.
