See the older negative reviews, but that was not at all my experience in 2020, year of the Pandemic. Two staff crew arrived on time, we spoke of what was wanted and they went about the tasks at hand. When came back the results exceeded expectations. Only a day later am i seeing the fine details of what they did. They brought touches that you would find in a high end hotel, just short of leaving the mints on the pillows! Folding of items and other subtle touches. Sharon at the office is a good contact person. Have these folks booked again. This was a good experience and they did it for the price quoted, no additional asks afterwards. read more

I desperately needed someone to do a deep-cleaning of my husband's bathroom. When I called Comfort Cleaning, the attitude was , "That's what we do"--couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Despite being heavily booked because of weather-related cancellations, we were put on schedule for a few days later--in plenty of time to get the room ready for my husband's discharge from the hospital. The team arrived "fully armed," and while two of the ladies tackled the bathroom, the third did some serious vacuuming (I'm in a wheelchair and my little stick vacuum doesn't get the embedded yuck). Truly a satisfying experience--will consider getting on a revolving schedule for regular maintenance cleaning! Thank you Comfort Cleaning, and to my neighbor who recommended them! read more

Absolutely the worst example of "professional" cleaning I've come across. Crew showed up late, kept losing the location of one of the members, failed to clean the most essential items --- like the bathtub (yes, really), the kitchen sink and the stove top and vent...somehow managed to wash the tile floors with something that actually made them sticky and dirty (that was a new one)...surface cleaning was all at eye level - no top shelves, no floor level objects... no lifting up of anything (the actual THING) ... to clean under it - just around it (I can do that) ... and they never stopped talking (well, it resembled talking, more like yelling) to (at) each other...when they weren't trying to find the missing member of the crew. As it was evening by the time they finished, not all the missed tasks were immediately visible ... but morning light really brought an awakening the next day. . . I'd go a bit beyond "Eek! Methinks not." - but then again, I wouldn't use either "Eek or Methinks" in writing anything. It was a badly planned, badly executed job by incompetent workers, functioning under the oversight on an incompetent crew chief. read more

Don't waste your money on these people! They did a terrible job, not thorough .Kitchen floor was left sticky and dirty. Most of all the workers damaged my shower door track on my recently renovated master bathroom. When I noticed it I immediately called and didn't receive a call back for 3 days. Owner said the workers told her it was like that when they started. I was so upset that she believed them. Unfortunately she has dishonest employees. read more
