Let me first start by saying that the cleaning itself was perfect and very thorough. I was so…read moreecstatic to hear my parents thrilled about the cleaning as I had gotten them this cleaning as a Christmas gift, two being what I originally had planned for. Then, I got told the amount and thought it was "weird" since I only provided photos for the Living room, the Kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and bathrooms upstairs (an in-person consultation couldn't happen due to their schedule, and they asked me to provide photos of the spaces I wanted clean) . I came to find out that they cleaned all the bedrooms and my parent's basement that I didn't provide photos of. My sister was a bit upset they were in her spaces since she wasn't expecting that. It's a small thing really and I could've communicated better that these were the only spaces I wanted clean but that did catch me off gaurd so maybe just plan to be around if you book them. I did tell my dad about the areas they were only suppose to clean but he just forgot due to other things going on at the house that day. But hey, a clean house is a clean house!

While JC's main business is cleaning services, I contacted him for a broken faucet after reading his stellar Yelp reviews that mention great repair work. He came in to fix the failed plumbing service job from another highly rated Yelp plumber. An amazing job; and on a Sunday! We were moving and part of…read morethe lease was to have the carpet cleaned, by us or management. Why, I don't know! The carpet was over 6 years old, and once we left it was going to be ripped up anyway. Mel the owner showed up on time, as scheduled. He said it would be best if we left for an hour or so. When we came back he was almost done. We had area rugs on the top of the wall to wall carpeting. You could clearly see where the rugs were. Not terribly stained. We would spot clean those areas on a regular basis. When he was done. You would think it was new carpeting! It was that clean. Even though we had special casters underneath the legs of the furniture; you could still see a faint impression. But, that's to be expected. At the time of this review he has a special 2 rooms for $89. + tax. A good deal. I would highly recommend his carpet cleaning. He also does upholstery, wood and tile.
