Took out more dirt than I ever could especially because I have four big dogs that run in and out all day. It only took them about three hours when it would normally take me almost an entire weekend. I plan on calling them back in about six months just so they can keep everything freshened up for me. I also threw away my shampoo machine. Super friendly greet people I would never use anybody else. Thanks Jeff, Kristi, Nick and chey you were all amazing.

He told me "I love to make things clean" and it showed. The wood floors never looked better, every corner of the house was dusted and deep cleaned and the bathroom sparkled. In addition, Rene is lovely person and was very easy to talk to regarding what needed to be done. After discussing my needs he gave me a reasonable price and didn't leave till he was finished. Let me first start by saying that the cleaning itself was perfect and very thorough. I was so…read moreecstatic to hear my parents thrilled about the cleaning as I had gotten them this cleaning as a Christmas gift, two being what I originally had planned for. Then, I got told the amount and thought it was "weird" since I only provided photos for the Living room, the Kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and bathrooms upstairs (an in-person consultation couldn't happen due to their schedule, and they asked me to provide photos of the spaces I wanted clean) . I came to find out that they cleaned all the bedrooms and my parent's basement that I didn't provide photos of. My sister was a bit upset they were in her spaces since she wasn't expecting that. It's a small thing really and I could've communicated better that these were the only spaces I wanted clean but that did catch me off gaurd so maybe just plan to be around if you book them. I did tell my dad about the areas they were only suppose to clean but he just forgot due to other things going on at the house that day. But hey, a clean house is a clean house!

The house looks new and we couldn't be happier. The loss of one star is due to the fact that when items were moved away from the house so they could spray, they didn't return the items back where they belonged (i.e. An outdoor patio table, BBQ grill, etc.). I hired a company to do this job as I am currently physically unable to do the job myself and having to move these items back to their original location was just something I hadn't anticipated. A few minutes to move these things back would have made a world of difference to me and would have earned them a 5 star rating. Regardless, I highly recommend HVCS and will use them again in the future if needed.
