ACP has the perfect name - because they are Pros! We have been working with Melissa, Jacqueline and team to run our Airbnb. I love how well run their administrative team is, making it very easy to communicate our needs, schedule and coordinate specialty cleaning. They have a system to notify you before the appointments, as well as when they will arrive. Not to mention, this team does a fabulous job thoroughly cleaning our house every single time. They also help us with plant watering, which is very convenient. With that in mind, running an Airbnb means you need cleaning support that meets a quality standard, and is 100% consistent. With ACP, we feel that we can run this out as a team and trust that we will always know the price, what is being done, and that our guests will always be pleased. They effectively charged me $45/hour per person, but didn't tell me that in the estimate. They also charged me for driving time, which also wasn't in the estimate. They "upsold" me once they were there, arguing that my finished basement wasn't included in the quote, despite the fact that it was part of the square footage I disclosed. Finally, in a follow up email the manager lied and said the crew spent 7.5 hours cleaning, when my ring camera footage confirmed they were on site for only 6.5 hours. I can't recommend All Cleaning Pros enough. Prior to scheduling the team was responsive and took time to answer any questions I had. The cleaning crew was punctual, professional and did an outstanding job. I had just purchased the house and the previous owners hadn't cleaned it in years. Needless to say, they had their work cut out for them; and they exceeded expectations. I had a special request for pet odor and ACP was able to mitigate that issue. My house was recently cleaned from top to bottom, including appliances, windows, blinds, and all rooms. My oven is not self-cleaning, but it is spotless now. Wow. My house was spotless! Great overall job of cleaning as I was selling my home. Management was extremely responsive and worked with me in getting my cleaning done in a timely manner. The cleaners missed some spots on vacuuming as I spotted dust balls on the floor and a few areas went uncleaned. The price was quite high my place wasn't overly dirty. I live alone. All Cleaning Pros saved us on a moment's notice. Our custodian had a medical issue and could not be at work for a couple weeks, and we had no backup employee to help.
