He worked very quickly and even moved some of our things out of the way so he could clean all areas of our carpet that needed treatment from a rodent infestation we just got taken care of. It took over a month for them to clean it, and when they returned the rug it wasn't even my rug!!! They gave me a random rug I've never seen before, and it wasn't even the same size or color!!! They took back that rug and said they will look for my rug. I gave them a month to look for it. I kept checking in, and they told me I never gave them my rug and that I gave them this random rug I've never even seen before! I now have to file a small claim as they won't replace my rug, and basically told me to get lost because they aren't going to do anything to make this right.
