Mr. Fahey was very professional, he provided us with a detailed list of services beforehand so that we would know exactly what was going to happen and the cost was reasonable. He told me "I love to make things clean" and it showed. The wood floors never looked better, every corner of the house was dusted and deep cleaned and the bathroom sparkled. In addition, Rene is lovely person and was very easy to talk to regarding what needed to be done. After discussing my needs he gave me a reasonable price and didn't leave till he was finished. Highly recommended.

I own a heavy duty steam cleaner (the kind people rent from Lowes) and nothing would budge these stains except for Steve's equipment (and elbow grease)! He spent three hours on my two sofas- and barely charged me. His rates were exceptionally reasonable. This is someone who stand behind his work and knows what approach to take so as to have it be effective and safe for your fabrics. Apparently he does hardwood floors, tile, sheepskins (which we have), and rugs of every kind. I am just so glad I called him. Talk about zero buyers remorse. Seriously exceptional.

ACP has the perfect name - because they are Pros! We have been working with Melissa, Jacqueline and…read moreteam to run our Airbnb. I love how well run their administrative team is, making it very easy to communicate our needs, schedule and coordinate specialty cleaning. They have a system to notify you before the appointments, as well as when they will arrive. Not to mention, this team does a fabulous job thoroughly cleaning our house every single time. They also help us with plant watering, which is very convenient. With that in mind, running an Airbnb means you need cleaning support that meets a quality standard, and is 100% consistent. With ACP, we feel that we can run this out as a team and trust that we will always know the price, what is being done, and that our guests will always be pleased. For those looking for cleaning of their personal homes, ACP is great for that too! We've worked with them to do specialty cleaning projects as well as carpet cleaning. Highly recommend.

We were about to travel back to the state we were moving from when we used Yelp to find a family owned carpet business. We popped in and saw samples and picked what we liked. Here's the big thing, Nick met us at the house, early the next morning before we left to drive back home, and took all the measurements so the carpet could be ordered right away. His recommendations for carpet based off of possible wear patterns and our pets that were incredible - a year later and it all looks like it was just installed. He's so helpful and personable - you won't get that from a corporate place. Also, he came out and managed every aspect; no subcontracted crew that may or may not have been vetted by the big corporation. Today, now all our interior stuff is done, he did our entryway. Another stellar job!! We will be using him a third time for living room & dining room floors and we can't wait! Here's before and after pics. HIGHLY reccomend!
