Great customer service. It's family owned and they're wonderful people to talk to. We hired a cleaner (from 800 #) right after moving in and they were horrible. Let me first start by saying that the cleaning itself was perfect and very thorough. I was so ecstatic to hear my parents thrilled about the cleaning as I had gotten them this cleaning as a Christmas gift, two being what I originally had planned for. Then, I got told the amount and thought it was "weird" since I only provided photos for the Living room, the Kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and bathrooms upstairs (an in-person consultation couldn't happen due to their schedule, and they asked me to provide photos of the spaces I wanted clean) . I came to find out that they cleaned all the bedrooms and my parent's basement that I didn't provide photos of. My sister was a bit upset they were in her spaces since she wasn't expecting that. It's a small thing really and I could've communicated better that these were the only spaces I wanted clean but that did catch me off gaurd so maybe just plan to be around if you book them. I did tell my dad about the areas they were only suppose to clean but he just forgot due to other things going on at the house that day. But hey, a clean house is a clean house! read more

Recently we were faced with having to get a house cleaned for a elderly relative who was getting out of rehab after a fall. Don't use for a deep clean and don't be the last clean of the day! Very disappointed! Awful job at a deep clean. I suspect that since it was only a 1 time clean that the owner didn't value my business as much. I paid close to $200 for a deep clean of only 2 rooms and the stair case. I spent at least another hour cleaning after they left because it was so bad. The owner "cleaned" the bathroom, but the toilet still had hairs all over it and the glass shelve was still cloudy and most of the fixtures like the faucet knobs, toilet holder/toilet flusher, shower head were not even touched to give it a shine. This was suppose to be a "deep clean". In the kitchen they cleaned the fridge, but there were still crumbs/stains in the back. The inside of the microwave was not cleaned as discussed...the list goes on. The worst was how the owner behaved on site. Snapping at his crew the entire time to move faster. And when I mentioned that I wasn't happy with the shower he did go back and clean some more, but after showing him the drawer from the fridge that looked like it hadn't been touched, the slim around the the kitchen facet, and all the crumbs on the counter top he basically turned on me and complained about having to clean the inside of cabinets which he was not expecting to do. But why did that impact the rest of the job? Removing crumbs from a counter top is a basic clean...I shouldn't have to point that out! Just not a good service and I am shocked at the positive reviews he has on other sites. Later that night I privately provided additional feedback with pictures because I do not like to write public reviews having been a business owner myself. But he did not even offer an apology in his response, and that bothered me, so I am writing my first public review. There was also a mix up with payment via paypal giving him a chance to provide a discount given how displeased I was, but nothing (please know I thought I paid in full so I was not looking for a discount). These were basic cleaning issues I brought up and for the money I was shocked that he was willing to standby his product the way he did.
