Two people arrived at my home. One worked while the other talked. Half of the services that were included in the package were not performed. A second service was requested with regards to the carpet being cleaned (another $50) and the cleaner arrived an hour and a half later than expected. For both services that were done on two separate dates, the timeliness to report to the job was off; and lastly to the overall professionalism as it relates to customer service there was none. I will never use this service again!
