All was good until it wasn't. was satisfied(or so I thought), so kept requesting more jobs. The…read moregutter cleaning was the " straw that broke the camel's back.". Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.

I should have paid better attention to the bad reviews before hiring. I honestly don't even believe…read morethe good reviews are real. Desiree came to our house today to clean the house and the Airbnb, approx 2,000sf. She was by herself and it took 3 hours and cost me $300. Unfortunately I was not home when she was finished so she left and I sent her the money. BIG MISTAKE. This house does not take 3 hours to clean and by no means should this work be at $100/hr rate. Some of the house was clean, most of it (the parts you get a cleaning service for) was not. The house was recently renovated so needed a deep cleaning. I am in the middle of sanding the stairs and they were left in the same condition she walked into. The rag in the pictures are what I used to clean them after she left. When I called her she said she mopped them, swept them, and vacuumed. You be the judge? The baseboards downstairs were not clean - visual dust without even bending down, fridge was left the same, oven top not cleaned, even the bathroom niche was dirty, food cans in open cabinets just pushed to the back to make it seem like contents were taken out and cabinet properly wiped down. I can go on and on and could have taken way more photos, but don't want to waste anymore time on this. I contacted her right away and sent pictures. She said she couldn't get the photos and hours later said she would reimburse me $50 and a free cleaning. Why in the world would I want her to "clean" again. This was nothing but a headache. I spent 3 more hours cleaning and have a huge headache. Spare yourself.

They tackled a move in challenge of a home that had not been cleaned daily and thus an accumulation of grease and grime in the kitchen and bathrooms that needed deep cleaning. WashGeniePro checks ALL the boxes!!!…read more Customer service Professional On-time Affordable Convenient Friendly & Kind & Personable Goes out of their way to please the client Made it easy with peace of mind I didn't find them, they found me on the NextDoor app. The company saw my post regarding finding someone to reconnect my NEW Wi-Fi (T-Mobile) to my Google Next cameras. They were concerned that I shouldn't just let anyone have access to my security cameras and wanted to assist at no charge and just "being a good neighbor". Wow, who does THAT anymore? Today everyone wants a Benjamin. In any event, turns our T-Mobile doesn't work well for me so I kept my current internet provider and didn't need for them to come out. That said, I did need my gutters cleaned. They provided a "no pressure" and very affordable estimate after driving past my house (took a photo) so I didn't need to be present. The estimate was not just for cleaning the gutters but removing the gutter guards and rinsing every out. I had quite the mess up there. You can see from the photos they provided me with after the job how bad it was. Photos of before and after? Yes. THEY DO THAT!!!! Their Technicians, Rachell and Vasil were here two hours and did a fabulous job. They gave me a window of time from 11 - 1:30 and they were here within that window. Both of them were quite the team. When I pulled out my checkbook to give them a check, they said "we'll email it to you". Seriously???? They also did a review via email from the owner regarding the job and the overall condition of my roof, and what could be improved. I can't thank them enough. I will be referring them to my friends and coworkers. They stay in constant contact with you via text & email letting you know when the techs are arriving and throughout the whole process. I can't thank them enough. Thanks again to Frank and his wonderful team! I'm the daughter of a self-employed roofer and trust me this is a big deal!
