Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.

What a great job! I've had my carpets cleaned before but this was the best yet. With 3 dogs (2…read morenew puppies), there are alot of pet stains and they got them all out. Not only that, but they stayed gone! With any other carpet cleaner, the stains often returned within a week's time. Not with Classic Carpet. Rob and his helper were in and out in less than an hour, cleaned up afterwards and left our carpets clean and smelling great. You can really see how there 20+ years of experience has brought them to a high standard level. Rob's dedicated and personal approach was terrific and I will be sure to contact him again. He even told me to "let him know" if one of our dogs had another accident and he'd stop by, since he lives in the area, to get the stain out!
