I called this company about a week before the scheduled cleaning date and told the owner how important it was that the technician be ON TIME because I was moving out and had a very small window to work with. Fast forward to yesterday and less than an hour before they're supposed to show up, the owner texts me to tell me they have to reschedule for 5 hours later or today. About 30 minutes later after not hearing back. I called the company about 10 times in a row. She finally texted me back and told me that she could get another tech out to me in an hour.
