I should have paid better attention to the bad reviews before hiring. I honestly don't even believe…read morethe good reviews are real. Desiree came to our house today to clean the house and the Airbnb, approx 2,000sf. She was by herself and it took 3 hours and cost me $300. Unfortunately I was not home when she was finished so she left and I sent her the money. BIG MISTAKE. This house does not take 3 hours to clean and by no means should this work be at $100/hr rate. Some of the house was clean, most of it (the parts you get a cleaning service for) was not. The house was recently renovated so needed a deep cleaning. I am in the middle of sanding the stairs and they were left in the same condition she walked into. The rag in the pictures are what I used to clean them after she left. When I called her she said she mopped them, swept them, and vacuumed. You be the judge? The baseboards downstairs were not clean - visual dust without even bending down, fridge was left the same, oven top not cleaned, even the bathroom niche was dirty, food cans in open cabinets just pushed to the back to make it seem like contents were taken out and cabinet properly wiped down. I can go on and on and could have taken way more photos, but don't want to waste anymore time on this. I contacted her right away and sent pictures. She said she couldn't get the photos and hours later said she would reimburse me $50 and a free cleaning. Why in the world would I want her to "clean" again. This was nothing but a headache. I spent 3 more hours cleaning and have a huge headache. Spare yourself.

Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.

In April I was looking for an estimate for both siding and gutters. L&G was reasonable on the…read moresiding however their gutter cost was absurd compared to 5 other reputable competitors. I really wanted to use L&G so I questioned the gutter cost that was near double the lowest price point, as well I asked why we had to remove my current wood panels to install the siding when 5 other contractors felt it was better to install over the wood. Basically I was told my house would not look right and that the gutters were the lowest without them losing money. I reconnected with the other contractors and questioned the removal of the wood as I was curious if they were trying to save me money to win the bid and if that was actually best for my home. All 5 agreed it was actually better to install over. Fast forward, I went with a contractor who did not do gutters - so I waited to call gutter professionals when the siding was done. I collected 4 estimates as well as some to roof a barn shed. Ironically all these quotes were half of L&G's gutter quote which is what I found with the other siding contractors. One contractors who didn't do roofs suggested I reconnect with L&G. I did. I explained why I didn't use them and told them I was looking for the cheapest solution (product) to roof the shed. I asked if they would consider coming out for a fair estimate without any fluff or unnecessary add ons. The shed is nothing that need a spectacular metal roof and precision shingling. L&G declined coming out to provide a fair estimate and related they would not be the cheapest.
