Then, I got told the amount and thought it was "weird" since I only provided photos for the Living room, the Kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and bathrooms upstairs (an in-person consultation couldn't happen due to their schedule, and they asked me to provide photos of the spaces I wanted clean) . I came to find out that they cleaned all the bedrooms and my parent's basement that I didn't provide photos of. My sister was a bit upset they were in her spaces since she wasn't expecting that. It's a small thing really and I could've communicated better that these were the only spaces I wanted clean but that did catch me off gaurd so maybe just plan to be around if you book them. I did tell my dad about the areas they were only suppose to clean but he just forgot due to other things going on at the house that day. But hey, a clean house is a clean house!

I had to give them a ring a day later because one of the pipes drawing water into the home had become slightly dislodged. Will came right out on moment's notice (on a weekend morning when the office is usually closed, no less) to tighten up the pipe connector.
