STRESS FREE MOVE - FIVE STAR SERVICE I have moved 11 times in 14 years, so I am certainly no stranger to the painful task of packing and moving. I have never hired a moving company before because I assumed that hiring a moving company was extremely costly. I just always dealt with the added stress of contacting friends and relatives to assist and then coordinating around them (STRESSFUL!). Well this time was different...not only had I acquired three times as much stuff, but this time I was also purchasing my first home and I was 7 months pregnant. Therefore, I decided to research hiring a moving company. As I began my search I was alarmed by the reviews of some of the companies on Google, Yelp, and Angie's List. There were many companies that had numerous negative reviews with these horror stories of people's experiences. So, my search was very quickly narrowed to 5 companies. I contacted all five to obtain an estimate for moving my 2 bedroom condo in Middletown, NY to a home in Wurtsboro. Three of the companies never returned my call, even after leaving a second message, the fourth said they charged for an estimate which I thought was insane, but Brendan from Beeline Moving immediately responded to my inquiry. It didn't take very long to receive an estimate. I was floored at how inexpensive it was. I had my apartment packed with furniture and I also had probably over 125 boxes, so I was fully expecting a hefty estimate, but to my surprise it was half of what I was expecting. My move was scheduled for May 31st. The 3 man crew comprised of Tony and two assistants arrived on time at 10:00 am. After a quick walk through they went to work like lightning. I couldn't believe how fast they packed our belongings considering they had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs and around the corner of the building. They took such care in packing the truck and wrapping the furniture with heavy blankets and padding. I literally just sat and answered questions lol. When we got to our new home, they once again did a quick walk through to assess the layout. This house was a split level and had 4 levels of rooms and 3 sets of stairs. They began unloading the truck as quickly as they had loaded it. They asked where I wanted each box, and then stacked them neatly in their respective rooms. I was absolutely amazed that the entire process from start to finish took under 5 hours. What is more amazing to me than anything is I fully expected to find some things broken in the boxes, and almost 2 months later I am still unpacking and I have found nothing with so much as a crack in it. Usually when you move there's always something that gets damaged - its just par for the course - but I not one thing that was broken, cracked, chipped or damaged in any way. I used BeeLine to help me move my family and the contents of our home on May 29th. I had anticipated the move for some time and did a ton of due diligence before putting my short list of companies to get estimates from together. In the end, I only placed one call - to BeeLine - and I'm incredibly glad that I did. Health and psychology experts tell us that moving is one of the major sources of stress that one can experience in life. I'm here to tell you that working with BeeLine proved the experts wrong! From the initial phone call, through the estimate, packing and the move itself, Brendan and his team (Sam, Jordan & Dave) were AMAZING! They were thoroughly professional, fun to work with (these are three of the hardest working, most fun guys you're likely to meet anywhere - we loved them!). They went way above and beyond in the care they took of our belongings and in the care they took of us. Never once did they mention that anything might be a 'problem'. The positive, professional, confident attitude that they approached every detail with was contagious and really helped take all the stress out of the move. Dare I say it? They made the whole process as close to fun as a move could ever be! Packing day proved to be something to witness - 24 years worth of accumulated furniture and other belongings packed carefully into accurately labeled boxes in a single day!! Moving day was miserable weather-wise but you wouldn't know it from working with the BeeLine crew! Not a single complaint or grumble the entire day and trust me ... these guys worked like dogs the entire day! These guys are the rock stars of moving! I'd give them many more than 5 stars if I could. From the first email to the final box hauled in, this was the most efficient, most fun, easiest and most stress-free move I have ever had. Brendan, via emails and phone conversations, answered all my pre-move questions quickly and with a great sense of humor. I truly appreciated his flexibility when I asked about moving the date up by two weeks. He was clear, informative, and gracious in all his communications. On the day of the move, Rick and Tyler were outstanding. They showed up right on time, with Mascot Kia the Corgi mix, and great heaping piles of energy and good humor. They loaded up in about two hours, and even got to the destination before I did. They unloaded with just as much speed and efficiency, and they were very attentive to all my concerns. They took their time rearranging furniture to my specifications, and even made sure they weren't stacking boxes too high for me to reach. All of my belongings arrived safe and sound, not a single crushed box or dinged piece of furniture. They wrapped all the furniture carefully, and I really got the sense that they were handling my things with just as much care as they would for their own families. When one has to move solo, like I did, with no one else there to help keep an eye on things or direct any activities, moving can be even more stressful than it is for everyone else. BeeLine storage was a lifesaver at a difficult time. My mother is in her seventies and had to move from her house quickly during the early part of the state shut down. When it wasn't clear if moving companies would be considered essential, BeeLine was the only company to get in touch with me.   After filling out their survey, they were able to give me an accurate ballpark figure for the move. They sent someone out to my mom's house to estimate the quote quickly. He was very professional and understanding of my mom's concerns. He also was patient while a giant Saint Bernard was not helping him with his work!  We had to contact him again for some readjustments to the quote and he was quick to answer and to readjust for the needs that we had. The day of the move, the movers came on time. We weren't able to pack up as much stuff as we thought before they came. They were able to take a look at the situation and quickly hired an additional person and got packing material within an hour. They were then able to complete a much longer job, and professionally load into the storage space within the same day.  At all times, they were calm, courteous and professional regardless of the ever changing situation. Even with the additional complications, the quote still came out within 40 bucks of the initial quote that they stated to me when I first called them.  I can't recommend them enough for making an extremely stressful time stress free and I will always be grateful that they were there in a pinch! read more

We recently moved and needed to hire a moving company for our larger furniture. Communication on the pre-move wasn't great, I almost didn't use the company, and was nervous they were going to scam me, but I put faith into the reviews that I had seen, that hopefully they were a legitimate company. I'm glad I did. The guys who came to move the furniture were great! Very professional, and nice as well. We unfortunately had some rain showers on and off, and they just kept working hard through it all. So, I would recommend their moving company. Don't get turned away by the pre-move communication or the constant mention of how low of a price you were offered. (like you should be so grateful they considered you as a customer) TIP: When filling out their information - if giving your home phone number (so that you won't be hounded on your cell phone, like I was with other companies) Be sure to give your cell phone once you've decided to hire them. We had some miscommunication because they text or call you the night before to confirm arrival time and my home phone had been shut off already, so I had to contact them to find out what time they were coming. read more

My wife and I had a great experience with Bee Line Movers helping us go from our apartment to our new home. Owen, Sam, and Joe showed up on time and wasted no time getting straight to work. Every piece of furniture was wrapped up and loaded with care - not a single item was damaged in the process. They were very attentive to the walls while moving items out of the apartment and into the house - I'm still amazed that there is not a single mark on any wall. They placed everything exactly where instructed and made it easy to get into all of our boxes with ease. I requested special attention to my 60" television and they got it over here without any issues. When the move in was finished, they asked if there was anything that needed to be moved to a different room from where initially placed and happily moved the one item I requested. This is the second move we've done with BeeLine and they knocked it out of the park again. We've moved many times (between states, same state, down the road moves etc.) and they are by far the most professional, kind, quick, and communicative moving service we've ever used. They helped us with a very stressful move in to one house, and 8 months later out of that house into another, and both times they were so quick, easy to communicate with, and so respectful of our belongings and environment - they even went out of their way to make our 4 year old son more comfortable, chatting with him the entire move and never getting frustrated if he got i there way. We had a moment where we realized we had not told them/been clear to bring something on the original date, and they went BACK to the move site within the same timeframe, to help us grab bigger items, even offering to move a few pieces around the new house that we had overlooked once settled in a bit. Conscious and considerate of all the finer details of the physical move, -location of boxes and furniture etc. Working full time, expecting a child, buying a first home and moving....ugh... I just wanted to follow up on a recent move, and I signed up for Yelp just to leave this review. BeeLine's movers were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. They were very professional and courteous and did the company proud. I would not hesitate recommending BeeLine to anyone for a move. The truck was big enough, and the guys were clearly experienced movers. The job took a little longer than I think was anticipated, and I made sure to tip them as best I could. This was our 3rd move in 4 years and by far the best experience we've had. The prior moves were total disasters so we had plenty to compare to. It's nice to see that in this day and age there are still reputable companies who offer quality service. My family and I had a stress-free move with Beeline! We sold the family home of 40 yrs and had some really large, heavy pieces. I decided to hire movers and, like you, looked at reviews from different sites. There is not a bad review to be found for this company, and there is good reason; these guys are great! They made me feel at ease right away and were so quick, careful and professional. I had all furniture to be moved to storage. They wrapped every glass shelf, labelling as they went along. All furniture was wrapped in blankets for storage, neatly and with care. Even placing in storage was a tight fit but they made it work. I admit I had cheaper estimates but decided for a few dollars more to go with Beeline. So glad I did. Hire with confidence, folks. This company is wonderful. Thank you Brendan, Jordan, Ryan and Matt! We have been moved many times and to different states such as Colorado, Arizona, California and different locations in New York. This Moving Company is by far the Best we have ever had! We hired BeeLine Moving for our move from New York to Delaware. It was a complicated move because, in addition to what we were moving, we were also giving furniture and other items to our adult children - so the move involved 3 stops. BeeLine made the estimating process very easy. The estimator was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. And also very accurate! Furthermore, he assisted me in organizing the move and never minded my calling him with questions. The move went very smoothly. The crew was polite and professional. I had a last minute junk moving project come up (mother vacating her house for a sale that needed to close early) and contacted BeeLine in a pinch. Though I reached out to them on Friday evening, BeeLine responded promptly and worked with me through Saturday afternoon to come up with a plan by which they could help. We ultimately could not find an arrangement that worked, but I really, really appreciate that the owner (Brendan) would go so far out of his way to try to accommodate my last minute request. From my small experience, I could tell that this is a great business that puts its customers (and even potential customers) first. This post is a little over a week late but... This was my second time using Beeline for my move. The first time I used them was three years ago after coming across their services when I googled Reliable Movers. From the beginning to the very end it was an amazing and fun experience with 3 guys who were respectful, fun and completely experienced. This time around I contacted Brendan on a Thursday, after some miscommunication, and by Friday we were moved. Brendan and his guys were great! My husband and I had an issue where the closing on our house fell through and was pushed back to a time where we had no one to help us. We called on Thursday and set everything up for Monday. They were reasonable priced and were able to come on Monday to empty out our townhouse and our storage unit and bring our stuff to our new home. The guys were efficient and came with supplies and ready to work. They stayed all day until the last boxes were moved, and were really pleasant and easy to work with. They took great care of all f our stuff, and helped us with anything that was loose that we didn't think of. I had a beyond wonderful moving experience with Beeline! Sam and Jean-Paul kept in touch regarding the exact time of their arrival and were professional, courteous, and maximally efficient--so much so that I was able to precisely coordinate the move with the new resident's wall-to-wall zoom meeting schedule. They somehow managed to move a huge, solid wood, antique credenza out the window onto a busy Brooklyn street--without a single scratch to the piece or the building. The other precious family heirlooms, also carefully wrapped, arrived in pristine condition as well. They didn't stop moving until the job was done! Worth every penny!! My wife and I used BeeLine Moving & Hauling to move our stuff into storage. They were very professional right from the start. After they called to confirm the night before I asked if there was anything I should do before they got here the next day. Their answer was relax and get a good nights sleep. I can't begin to express my gratitude to this company and the men who moved me today from a 2256 sq ft house to a second floor apt. I had so much anxiety about this move especially getting my large bedroom furniture up a narrow staircase with a small landing at the top and my china cabinet to the attic. These guys couldn't have been more assuring and it was warranted! They achieved what I was sure was impossible and couldn't have been more careful doing it!
