Jeremy, the owner/operator responded right away and was at my house within a day. Quoted an extremely reasonable price and was very diligent in following up to set up a day to come to remove the stuff. Was here bright and early on the date we agreed on, was very thorough with getting everything outside, double checking with me to make sure he got everything. Was also very careful with removing stuff from the house including a treadmill which he was careful not to scratch walls or furniture. All in all, dealing with this company was very easy and pleasant and they provided a great value for the amount of work they did. I would recommend them enthusiastically to friends and family or anyone looking for a junk removal company that is fairly priced and provides timely and meticulous service.

It is my pleasure to write this. I was out shoveling the end of my driveway after a small snowstorm…read morethat left 3 inches of wet, heavy snow. I was starting at the end of my driveway where the snow plows deposited wet, heavy slush. I observed a sanitation truck come down Bruynswick Rd in the Gardiner, New Paltz area on 12/5/2024 @ approximately 11:30 am & stopped across the street from me, the gentleman got out of his truck & proceeded to pick up my neighbors garbage pail out of the snow that obviously had been knocked over by a snow plow. He then continued & picked up all the garbage that was knocked out of the pail & cleaned it all up. I thanked him for the EXTRA EFFORT he performed. I wish I asked for his name, but I asked God to bless him. Most sanitation companies wouldn't get out of their trucks anymore as they have an arm on their truck to do the dirty work & if your pail was knocked over by either the wind, a bear or a snow plow, they leave it where it lies an continue down the road. Kudos to LeMela Sanitation & the gentleman who went ABOVE & BEYOND his duties. I didn't ask for his name, but he seemed he was Latino, I sure hope his management see's this review & recognizes him for a JOB WELL DONE. When my wife comes home from work, I am going to suggest changing our company to LeMela Sanitation. My existing company DOESN'T even get out of their truck for ANY reason, & if we do, it's because of this gentleman. Again, THANK YOU & GOD BLESS the unknown collector.
