Aaron showed up exactly when he said he would, handled everything professionally, and made the whole process incredibly easy. I did my research, McGrady's pricing was by far the best compared to other companies I contacted and had previously used. The service was actually better than the more expensive options. It's rare to find a company that combines great communication, top-notch service, and unbeatable prices, but this one absolutely does. If you're facing a home or estate clean-out and want a company you can truly rely on, I would highly recommend them. We're very grateful for their help. Thank you Aaron! BUYER BEWARE. Nothing Joe says can be counted on. He did not give me my senior discount, he took…read morethe entire amount out of my account two days before he was to deliver the dumpster without an invoice or a receipt. It took four days of chasing after him by text, phone, and email before we had to hire another company. It took almost two months for Visa to complete the chargeback process as Mr. RUSSO DID NOT REFUND THE $724.68 HE TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR A SERVICE HE NEVER PERFORMED! Do not believe any excuses he makes regarding this review. I have all the documentation from my bank and Visa. I was lucky I kept copies of all written and oral conversations pertaining to my dispute. Save yourself and anyone else you know from using Mid Hudson Container. As expected joe russo's response to this review is full of blatant lies. One - he took our order a week before we wanted delivery. All that stuff he writes about offering a discount. Mailing a check. Etc is absolutely not true. I would be happy to share his texts. Phone calls and emails with anyone who after reading this and other reviews on yelp still thinks doing business with this man is a good idea. In addition, the company I went with is out of Kingston and was very accommodating. It was not a referral by Joe.

It is my pleasure to write this. I was out shoveling the end of my driveway after a small snowstorm…read morethat left 3 inches of wet, heavy snow. I was starting at the end of my driveway where the snow plows deposited wet, heavy slush. I observed a sanitation truck come down Bruynswick Rd in the Gardiner, New Paltz area on 12/5/2024 @ approximately 11:30 am & stopped across the street from me, the gentleman got out of his truck & proceeded to pick up my neighbors garbage pail out of the snow that obviously had been knocked over by a snow plow. He then continued & picked up all the garbage that was knocked out of the pail & cleaned it all up. I thanked him for the EXTRA EFFORT he performed. I wish I asked for his name, but I asked God to bless him. Most sanitation companies wouldn't get out of their trucks anymore as they have an arm on their truck to do the dirty work & if your pail was knocked over by either the wind, a bear or a snow plow, they leave it where it lies an continue down the road. Kudos to LeMela Sanitation & the gentleman who went ABOVE & BEYOND his duties. I didn't ask for his name, but he seemed he was Latino, I sure hope his management see's this review & recognizes him for a JOB WELL DONE. When my wife comes home from work, I am going to suggest changing our company to LeMela Sanitation. My existing company DOESN'T even get out of their truck for ANY reason, & if we do, it's because of this gentleman. Again, THANK YOU & GOD BLESS the unknown collector.
