I only wish Jerry owned more businesses and provided more services! Jerry went out of his way to return my initial call even though it was in the evening. He brought a team of guys with him to quote the job and then brought even more back with him to get the job done. It was a very large project of cleaning out a warehouse. From the minute the crew arrived to the moment they finished, not a single worker took a break. They cleaned up after themselves; sweeping the floors and making the place as spotless as possible for an old warehouse. Every single member on Jerry's staff was polite, friendly, happy and helpful. Jerry stuck to his quote exactly and had the whole place done between 9am and 1pm. I tell you that this job should have taken 2 days in my estimate. This company is amazing. Professional, proficient and perfect! I can not recommend them enough.

We are incredibly pleased with this business - Jerry is easy to get a hold of, very responsive, they were right on time, worked fast, cleaned up immaculately after and best of all, their pricing is very competitive. James and his crewmate demolished and removed an old gazebo from my backyard. The bottom half of…read morethe gazebo was built with cinderblocks and concrete, so this was not an easy job for two people. This did not faze Garcia's crew, who worked hard all day to take it apart from the top down and took away all the debris. During demolition I was expecting a lot of noise and dust from jackhammering the concrete, but they used the jackhammer very sparingly, mostly relying on sledgehammers to get the job done. The price was very reasonable and the guys were very friendly. I was most impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and of course, the results, and would definitely do business with them again.

Yikes! Brittany, a manager of some sort has failed to respond to my email regarding an incorrectly…read moresoldered pipe. I refuse to call Carrie Anne as there only so much condescending and smug I can tolerate with issues like this. Mike, the service supervisor told me noises and videos were okay that every HVAC technician I've shown to, including his own team, all said there is no way that was acceptable. Unless they hired new technicians I would be very aware of them. Julian wired my zone valves backwards, doesn't solder properly and confidently tells you issues are fixed when they are not. Dante tells you leaks aren't a thing and shortly after they become one, installs circulators wrong and also gives up when "his head hurts" from trying to fix a problem he can't solve, to then leave with the issue still present. Justin calls every technician and breakdowns on your stairwell. Ahmed tells you a leaking gasket is not the issue and changes something else only to have the gasket be an issue and have to come back two hours later. I would strongly suggest using anyone other than Carpenter and Smith.
