In good faith we immediately re-issued a second check clearly stating on the check that it would replace the original check that wasn't received (this 2nd check was delivered to them personally). After clearing out we returned the keys by leaving them in the storage space as instructed. The 2nd check was cashed AND SO WAS THE ORIGINAL CHECK when it was received days later! Now they won't refund us for the over-payment claiming we didn't return the keys AND they are also charging us an additional $50 claiming they needed to get a locksmith to get into the space. Now is the way to treat a loyal customer? I think not.

Some years back I had to put an apartment full of stuff (including several hundred books) into storage, pronto, and a friend who kept some of her belongings there suggested Vernon, for which I am extremely grateful. The storage units are large and secure, and I was able to fit everything into one unit. It was just about the only thing that worked well at a crummy time. I've kept the unit for the past four years, with no problems at all. The rates are great and the people who work there are really nice and friendly. It's month-to-month, so at some point when I need all that stuff again, I can go and get it, without breaking a contract and paying a fee. That's handy, too.

She could of not been nicer and very prompt in returning calls, whether it was a week end or off hours. When they brought the unit as well as removed the unit, there is 0 damage to your property. They give you several calls to update you as to exactly when the unit will be removed. It is really cool to watch how a robot like piece of equipment takes it out. We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done. Would definitely use them again or recommend them for anyone else that needed on site storage.

The team was helpful, patient and kind, and everything went smoothly with the loading process on a very hot day. I had my own covers for my couches, but they did an excellent job wrapping the last over-sized chair. These guys were very professional. I attached a couple of photos of the large, long-distance truck and the organization on boxes and other items. The quoting process was good, as Scott was personable and wore a mask inside my home during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The office was OK about the paperwork and emails - just be patient and follow up if needed. I'll also note that the moving company on the delivery end was not so great, but it's probably the roll of the dice. The driver admitted that my dresser was wrapped properly by the loading company, but the delivery guys unwrapped it before moving through the door, which resulted in some minor damage. All boxes arrived. Only one loose, inexpensive patio chair was missing (which I could have prevented had I packed it in a box properly. Overall, I was satisfied given my expectations of the long haul.

After calling two references and checking online references we signed with Mike. On moving day the clean, well-dressed crew was a whirlwind setting up the boxes, packing the china and breakables in bubble wrap, cutting up boxes to protect our paintings, bubble wrapping lamps and putting them in heavy cardboard boxes and essentially taking the job out of our slow and inefficient hands and getting a big job done in six hours. They didn't waste time gabbing and moving big heavy furniture was like a well-choreographed dance. Not only were we extremely pleased but they saved us $4,250 in storage charges!
