Alpha helped us with an international move, that was one of the smoothest moves I have ever had. Alpha also helped move my parents when they downsized, by moving things into Alpha's own storage facility and bringing things to a second location. My mother, who has moved more than anyone I know, thought Alpha International Movers were the most professional, gentlest and efficient movers she had ever encountered in her 50 years of moving! What a waste of time! After going back and forth on whether or not they would even give us a quote, they scheduled a time for someone to come out. We spent about an hour going over the entire house with the president of the company, who took down all of our details, and was promised a quote within two days. By the end of the second day we received an email stating that they were too busy to service our move. Extremely unprofessional! Steer clear of this company. read more
