Requested an estimate online and received a call within the hour. I had initially thought to use them as mover helpers (to load and unload a Uhaul with my furniture) but after talking everything over with Janice and viewing their estimate, I readily agreed to cancel the UHaul and go with them and their truck. I am so glad I did! Reminder emails were sent in the days before my move and on the day itself, I received a call an hour before my appointment time to let me know they were on their way. And they showed up right on time! They took great care to properly protect all of my furniture and were able to quickly and efficiently load up the truck. I was worried that they would have trouble at my new location as the stairs to the second-floor bedroom are narrow and steep. Kevin assured me that they'd be able to handle it, and they certainly delivered! They had to dismantle my bedframe to fit it up the stairs, and the mattress was also a bit of a bear, but they did it all with a smile and some jokes throughout. Was very informative and transparent on the phone. Kevin was patient and answered all of my questions. We had our stuff at in-laws with a steep driveway. Rented a enclosed trailer and them as I injured my back at work. Only expected them to load the heavy things as that is what my wife told them when we got the quote. They said we had them for longer then just loading the large things. They loaded everything we had. Wrapped and packed everything expertly. They were pleasent to family the whole time also. This is the second time we're using Coyne's. Once when we moved in, and we didn't hesitate to call them when we were moving out. Moving is expensive enough already with the truck, supplies, having to eat out when all your stuff is packed and everything else.
