I asked for movers to come the next day to move my things from my house to a storage unit 30 minutes away. Almost immediately, AW Express responded to set up a phone consultation and give me a quote. Joe gave me his number, and we had a quick phone call and his services included everything- his team, truck, extra packing materials!

They then brought our stuff up to Catskill and loaded it into our house, and this was not an easy move, yet they remained cheerful and upbeat, even taking a bunch of heavy things up to the attic. This was a very difficult day for them and they responded like the professionals they are. I would hire them again in a second if I ever need to, and I highly recommend them for your moving needs. Even though they take their time that doesn't mean they are slow. Pretty quick and pretty positive crew. I had 7 different guys over a 2 day move. I think these guys are all friends and work well together. Experts to select to move on or off West Point. My friend recommended them and I'm recommending them. These guys are great my only reservation is the price, but it is what it is. The price might be worth it for piece of mind. Good business. I think it's small and family owned, support this business!

Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

This was my first time moving and using a moving company, and overall I had a very good experience…read more From the operator I spoke with on day one, to the origin service center in New York, to the customer service center in California, everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.

We contacted Andy's Movers after being stood up by another moving company the morning of the move…read more Needless to say, we were completely and totally scrambling at the 11th hour. We came across Andy's Movers on Google and decided to give them a buzz. We don't know if they could sense the desperation in our voice but we asked if they were available for a move that same day and much to our surprise they were! ! We called at 10 am and they were at our home by noon. In a matter of 3 hours Andy's Movers had managed to load and move a 2300 sf. home last minute. They were honest, thorough, hardworking and overall just lovely people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you, Andy's Movers- you guys were great!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I hired this company. I'm not sure if this is Andy,…read morebut this is the guy that moved me however, this company is the worse company ever. If I can give minus 1 star I would. I called in the last moment to have them move 1 bedroom set and a bunch of boxes and bins. He tried to charge me 500, in his text he said he was coming with 2 guys. He showed up by himself and with a guy that hangs out in front of the store begging, I asked him if he works with him he said yes. He said he need more guys but never called any. I asked him if he wanted my grandson to help he said yes. I asked him if he was going to wrap my bedroom set, he said on the truck. My bedroom set consisted of a platform bed which I informed him was already damaged from the last movers, however, the bed needed to be taken apart, a 6 drawer dresser, a tall dresser, and a night stand. They couldn't get the box spring out, I had to direct them on how to get it out. He didn't want to take a few of the boxes I had, I had to tell him to take them. He was rushing me, he started putting boxes on the truck in any way. After we got everything on the truck, I told him I was taking a uber to the storage unit where I was putting my things. I got to the storage unit in 5 minutes, I called him to ask whr he was he said right behind me, it took him 15 minutes after I got there, to get there. Taking my things off the truck, he only wrapped one of the dressers, unfortunately, the one dresser they didnt wrap they dropped and cracked the drawers. It has to be thrown out, which is the big 6 drawer dresser. And he still expected me to pay him the full price in which he was over charging me from the beginning. He didn't want to pay my grandson, I paid him with the money I took off from them cracking my dresser. I am just now realizing that they stole my Samsung watch. I have been missing it since the move I did a find my device and see that it is at another location. Now I know why they took so long to get to the storage unit they were going through my things. I'm so grateful that I didn't put my designer bags on the truck I will be filing a police report and suing for my watch and dresser. When I go back to the storage unit I will take pics of the dresser. The worst movers ever! If you need to move, move onto another company. Trust me do not use this company or these guys, they are liars and thieves
