CONS: First, they raise the rent at least twice a year; so don't expect to keep the low quote you get when you first sign-up. Second, they do not own up to their mistakes; I made a payment over the phone in which they did not actually process the payment. I got a letter in the mail stating that I am deliquent and that they added a late fee. I called and spoke with the manager to explain what happened and to have him waive the late fee. He refused to refund the fee even with it being their error.
