I am devastated by the lack of communication and documentation the from the staff and management at this facility. I have provided several pieces of evidence to my attorney showing the incompetence of this exact location and the two staff members. Though I'm heartbroken over the sentimental and emotional loss of what my unit contained, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I hope what happened to me NEVER happens again! Being disabled I had to move out in 30 days.. 50ft of storage in 30 days.. The really crazy part is, their comparison prices, were again some really nice facilities. CubeSmart.. you are not comparable to them. I was paying nearly 500.00 Now you gotta find a new person, give them 6 months of discounts and slowly raise them to even get to what I was paying.. I appreciate that level of security and service. Sometimes there is a wait in the office since there's normally only one person, but again, were so friendly! When I called management Ronnie (new property Mngr) stated that there was a new price increase!!
