Basically, they had to tear out the drywall and insulation from the wet area, dry and dehumidify the area for days, and then put on moon suits and remove any mold. We were able to have 2 techs come on a Friday and then let the dehumidifier run over the weekend. We also had to tear out our upper cabinet since the top was damaged by water. On Monday, they came back to remove any leftover mode and patch things up. The total price came in well below the estimate, which is a huge plus. Very happy with the service and efficiency. If you ever suspect you have water damage from leaks, call these guys and get the problem resolved to ensure mold doesn't form or worst, spread. Note that their services are purely restorative - they'll dry out the water-damaged area and get rid of all the mold. You'll need to hire a plumber first to stop the leaks and then afterwards, a drywall contractor to patch up the holes with insulation and new drywall followed by texturing and painting.

Today (April 4) I received an invoice stating that payment is due by April 6. They charged $2,500 just to set up two dehumidifiers in my house. They said they would come back and pick them up after 3 days, but they never did. I had to follow up myself and ended up calling them three separate times to ask them to pick up their machines. Every time I called, the customer service rep just said, "I have your concern in our system, and someone will reach out to you." So basically, you end up waiting at least 1-2 days just to get a response back. Because they failed to come back on time and never explained whether I should turn the machines off, I let them run continuously for 6 straight days. This resulted in an additional $350+ electricity bill. The communication and customer service were extremely poor. It feels like all they care about is finding every possible way to charge you. For the payment method, you can pay by credit card but there will be 3.5% processing fee. The other way is to mail a check to them, but they didn't provide the mailing address. It's 2026, I didn't know people still use mail for payment. Be prepared for all these troubles if you want to use their service.
