Celso came out the very next day and repaired my siding by removing the dry rot, replacing it with new wood, and painting it to match. He even took a sample of the existing color for an accurate match. The job site was left clean and orderly at the end of the day and everything was completed as promised. This involved a complicated job, including taking the back wall off the house from a second floor deck to the ground finding rot and the and then replacing the and painting it. He and his crew dealt with the dry rot by replacing with new wood, rebuilt the pillar, matched the texture of the stucco to the existing and painted it. It looks perfect. Alex's guys did excellent work patching stucco, repairing a wooden access hatch frame, and retexturing part of the side of our garage. They took progress photos for me since I couldn't be around for the work which was great. The cost was fair, clearly negotiated when there were changes, and they went above and beyond to do good work: I said I could live with if the paint patches for the garage side weren't a perfect match, but they insisted on painting the whole side for it to look better. Alex, his dad Alejandro, and the whole crew did a great job and were easy to work with. We initially hired them to repair the stucco on one exterior wall and install three new windows, and they did such a good job for a reasonable price that we hired them to finish a basement project as well: replacing stair treads, trim work, installing a metal handrail, sheetrock, brick veneers, moldings, light fixture, and other carpentry work, including fixing a couple of things that our previous contractor had done wrong. I wish we had found Alex and his crew sooner -- we would have gladly hired them to do the entire project, as they were much easier to work with, more knowledgeable, and did better quality work than the crew we had for the first part of the project. Overall, the price was fair and the work was excellent. Octavio and Uriel did awesome work. Great paint job, as well. Would happily hire them again.
