They're fast and direct with their communication - I requested for a quote on Yelp and they responded promptly to schedule the cleaning. I feel comfortable to leave the apartment while they're working and be assure the place will be cleaned to the best ability once they're done. I'm always amazed at how different the apartment looks before and after their cleaning - they transform it from a "heavily lived in and used empty apartment" to "extremely clean apartment that the next renter / occupant would find spotless" Solid all around - highly recommend!

Five stars - Johnny to the rescue!…read more I am always happy to support a local eco-friendly business. I have been asking Johnny to come out and clean my carpets for years and his professionalism, low-cost, quality work has been consistent. As I previously stated - On time, fast, detailed and most importantly AFFORDABLE! I have used him multiple times for high-traffic carpet areas, as well as cleaning my sofa's and he has done a fantastic job. For scheduling, I have texted him and his response is super fast. He is very flexible to book an appointment with and more importantly, his cost is easy on the pocket! He is good at advising as well. My daughter stained my hardwood floors with food coloring. I was freaking out and texted him to come over to help. He basically told me that I could save money and remedy the situation on my own. What an honest guy! As a result, we'd only done the bare minimum in terms of cleaning: the bath tub hadn't been scubaed for a long time; the stove was filthy... Prior to R&T, we tried Amazon Home Cleaning service because of the low cost. However, it was a terrible experience: the first group didn't show up and couldn't be reached at all (not even by Amazon's customer service); the second called 30 minutes after the scheduled starting time to cancel. (Disclaimer: since the sample size is only 2, it is not meant to be representative of the average Amazon Home Cleaning service, but a mere reflection of what happened to us.) R&T was a completely different story. Robert was very responsive and came for an estimate right away. During the walkthrough, he thoroughly explained how everything works. On the day of service, Angelina came on time and cleaned every corner beyond our expectation. We were surprised and grateful to see how clean everything is! The stove surface might be the best example here. The areas around the dish pans were covered with black buildups, which we thought were impossible to clean. But after Angelina's work, it looks almost new! ((I wish I had taken photos of before and after). I highly recommend Angelina and R&T to anyone who needs a good and carefree cleaning service.

He exceeded my expectations in resolving the matter and was proactive in that exchange. Would highly recommend. ********************** Alex was very responsive, easy to work with, and the price was phenomenal compared to other companies. THe issue I had was with the associate that came over to my new home and steam clean the carpets. He didn't take care of my home (newly constructed) and wore his shoes indoors even after I asked if had boot covers. He created stains from his shoes, dropped water over my new wood floors, and chipped paint along every corner of my stairs and walls with the hose he ran through my home to clean the carpets. After all was said and done.... what the steam cleaning cost me is inexpensive compared to he new damage caused by this guy. I have to repaint all the areas that were chipped or scratched, and fix the chip in my wood floor caused by the metal edge of the hose....
